This is a great location for the franchise. The service is good depending on the server. I had one who was awesome, I forget her name but she is an eagles fan. We got past that and had a good time. I thought it was only right to give her a $20 tip. Get the wings with the Caribbean jerk on the side. It’s amazing. Plus the fries with salt and vinegar dip on the side taste amazing.

I come here almost every other week and I always make sure we get Richie as our server. From day one of coming here he made a lasting impression on us. He went out of his way to provide excellent service for us and made our experience so much more special. I was just scrolling threw my facebook this morning and my friend Abigail had posted eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. She described it as delicious and one of a kind. And let me tell you she was not wrong ! I came in and sat down at one of the tables. A lovely Woman named Heather attended me. She was as sweet as candy !! She took my order and we had quite the conversation. She definitely turned my frown upside down . This young lady deserves a raise for sure! ☺️

Our food was absolutely delicious! Especially the everything pretzel knots!!! Our server Tiffanie was so sweet. She was so patient with our four-year-old daughter and made sure our drinks were always full. She paid close attention to my order and there were no mistakes when it came out. The manager Felicia was so helpful with our questions and we had a pleasant conversation with her during our visit. We will definitely come back again!

I rarely give less than 5 stars, you really have to screw up. This was recently renovated, looks nice. There weren’t many people when we went. Maybe 10 tables with guests, I saw about 4 wait staff handling the tables. We ordered a chicken sandwich (it was really good) and one of the appetizers that comes with wings, mozz sticks, nachos and onion rings. The husband asked for the wings to be cooked extra crispy. After about 45 minutes we finally got our meals. Not once did the waiter come over and say what was wrong or taking so long. The wings, were not extra crispy, but extra soggy. When we told the waiter, after chasing him down, the response was a dead stare and a ‘oh sorry’.. we had to wait another 10 minutes to get the check after chasing him down again — for the check. So disappointing, there was never an offer to refill drinks, or a check in to see if everything was OK or ask if we needed anything. To top it off, we were seated in the back by the bar, and the front door kept getting stuck open—blowing cold winter air throughout—everyone had their coats on because it was so cold. Every once in awhile the front desk would close the door.

Seems like a different place every time I go. It’s like there’s a deal on wings, there’s not a deal on wings, they’re sold in qty of 5, or then they’re sold in qty of 6. Not sure what’s going on with this place, but it’s wildly inconsistent.
