Terrible experience. I have come to this buffalo wild wings many times and the service gets worse every time. Workers look miserable and food takes forever. I waited over 40 mins for a spicy chicken sandwich, specifically asked for no tomato, and then still send it with the tomato. The best part is the plate had an entire sticker tht said no tomato. On top of that, the sandwich was not fresh, it tasted andlooked like it had been left under a heatlamp. Our waiter was no where to be found. Never asked us if we wanted refills, did not ask how did yhr food come out. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. I will be traveling to Secaucus to eat at BWW, because this experience has completely deterred me frm this one.

Only had been to BWW twice in my life before. Everything was delicious food was cooked to perfection and tasty – we got the Druski 2 for $20 deal. The best part of our experience was our server Atiya and also Chanel! They were so kind and Atiya was so attentive. We didn’t even have to ask for soda refills she already had them coming our way! They truly made the experience so great. We will be back to visit Chanel and Atiya and now are new fans of BWW. They definitely deserve some recognition for their amazing service!

My waiter was amazing. His name was Mark I think, and he was quick. The food was perfectly cooked. The wings were 10/10. I waited 7 minutes for my chicken sandwich – nice! I said it was my birthday and they gave me a free dessert. Incredibly clean. Thank you.

staff were fine. food took a bit but it was a sat night n they were busy so thats not surprising. food was hot n what youd expect from bdubs. no complaints about that. a lil expensive but that might just be regional. im visiting fam from Michigan so im not used to Jersey prices. a lot of the bad reviews here sound like people who dont understand alcohol laws or how the service industry works. comes w the territory tho.

Actually the worst atmosphere I’ve ever witnessed soon as we walked in the table next to us were complaining, but we gave them a chance anyway. Super dead night, and we didn’t get greeted until 15 minutes after we sat. When he did it was the most depressing dreadful conversation. It’s like they get held at gunpoint in the back or something. He didn’t accept my id from my phone, valid, then said I’ll be kicked out if he sees me drinking my boyfriends, so I kicked myself out. I’ve been a server but damn if you’re that miserable there’s better out there I promise

This place was actually amazing! Probably one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to and our waiter Bob, was incredibly nice too. Food came within 6 minutes and tasted absolutely great, definitely looking forward to coming back.

After a wonderful day of shopping with my husband and kids we went for a quick bite to eat which turned into a nightmare . This server named Nicole , short with black hair and much older was the rudest most un self aware woman I’ve ever encountered. She proceeds to yell at us for trying to explain to her how we were uncomfortable with certain things and she just kept talking over us and getting loud and being rude . She was making my kids uncomfortable and did not want to take accountability for her behavior. Disgusting. Never want to see her again ! The food was great though and manager quickly helped us but that woman was a nightmare.
