i’ve been to this location twice, and both times have been great. i had the brisket tacos and loaded nachos, both of which were bursting with flavor. yesterday we had the pleasure of having Alexis as our server, and she was phenomenal. she was on top of everything & was constantly checking in our table if we needed anything. she’s VERY nice, courteous, & sweet. she deserves a raise, and we need more people like her in the food service industry.

I have been to this location several times prior and with good experiences. I went with my family about a week ago, and I was very disappointed. The restaurant was not crowded, although it was a Friday night. We were seated right away, and our order was taken. It took at least 45 minutes from the time we placed our order to get our food. My husband asked the waitress to please check on our food after about 30 minutes in, and she said that the kitchen was behind. However, when we finally did get our food, it was lukewarm. I think this waitress probably forgot about our order. Although I will go to a different Buffalo Wild Wings, I will not go back to this one. They have obvious problems with staffing.

You can never go wrong with a buffalo wild wings. It’s potentially my favorite wing spot. (No bias here). I sat at the bar. Watching the UFC fight, and ordered a few beers, with medium wings, and fries. The service was great. Very knowledgeable about the menu, answered questions. Kept my beers full. I’m not hard to please. I think they caught on to that. The atmosphere was great. Not overly crowded with a bunch of wild people. Just people watching the fight and enjoying themselves. That’s what it’s all about. Cheers to buffalo wild wings, and I wish the business success going forward in the future.

Loved the service and customer centric atmosphere… it was the super bowl day and still we got everything in time and very less waiting .. always love the blue moon in buffalo wings.. Thai curry wings was exquisite .. we asked more sauce and they got almost a big cup full of sauce 🙂 never seen any other location offer that much sauce. Overall , very happy with our visit … keep up the great customer service

This was terrible. Me and my family decided to celebrate a birthday and graduation here. The service was awful. We got to the restaurant at 6pm and our food didn’t show up until 8. Our orders were completely wrong, and rather than being apologetic and fixing the issue, the waitress tacked all the incorrect orders onto our billl. It is now 9 and two people are still waiting for the correct food Finally we decided we had to leave and put the children to bed as it was now 10pm, and the manager was unhelpful. He was rude and irresponsible, and insisted our party had to pay a $130 gratuity fee despite the terrible service. Our waiter did not fix our orders, never refilled our sodas despite us asking, charged us for food we never ordered, never came to ask our table how we were doing, etc. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

We came to this restaurant to celebrate my son’s birthday with a bunch of his cousins. The customer service from the waitress was extremely poor. She was not attentive which was strange especially since the restaurant was not packed. She was moving so fast, that she failed to bring out the correct drinks. She thought it a great idea to sit these incredibly large strawberry lemonades in front of both of my 3 year olds. When we asked for children’s cups – she was short in her tone! The food was good but the service was trash.
