Review for Buffalo Wild Wings: Super Bowl Sunday

I placed my wing order early in the morning specifically to avoid issues on Super Bowl Sunday. When I arrived, the parking lot was packed, which is expected on a major sports day. That’s not the problem. The problem was the complete lack of organization once inside.

I was directed to walk past a large crowd to hand my receipt to another employee, only to find myself standing in the middle of a massive group with no clear system, no order, and no direction. I’ve attached a photo, and it doesn’t even fully capture how crowded it actually was. As a woman navigating through a tightly packed crowd of mostly men, the setup felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. There was no structured pickup process, just chaos.

When I asked about my order, I was told they had over 84 orders ahead. That information is irrelevant to the customer if the system allows unlimited online orders without any warning or accurate time estimates. If the location is incapable of fulfilling that volume, the website should reflect that. Customers should not be allowed to place orders that cannot realistically be completed on time.

The manager was apparently too “indisposed” to come assist or process a refund, and I was met with attitude from the cashier at the takeout counter instead of an apology or accountability. The entire experience was anxiety-inducing and completely unacceptable. I left without my wings, without a refund, and without any resolution.

Event days are a hard no-go. A sports bar that cannot handle high-volume sports events is not properly staffed or structured. This location was clearly unprepared and incapable of managing the demand.

I placed an Uber order, it was guaranteed for 8:21-8:41. It came at 9:27. I lost (2) drivers due to the order prep time. I ordered (6) boneless wings. I recd 3 boneless and one “with”, my company didn’t realize the bone and choked. Not safe. My patty melt had (1) burger that was burnt, I added bacon/cooked onions there was neither. I counted (11) tator tots. This meal was a disaster and a safety concern. No matter how bz you are or short handed-there’s no excuse for poor quality and health issue

You pay $2 for guacamole and they put a teaspoon of it. The food is not consistent. Sometimes they make it right and sometimes they don’t or they don’t give you sauces that come with meal. Food is good but u sometimes don’t get what u pay for. Check your food before you leave.

As far as what they are i would say they do very well. I love their wings, dripping with ranch and blue cheese. The breading is always crunchy on the boneless but if you like it wet get the bone in. They have deserts and lots of beer. If you want a quiet place then don’t come here. Very good looking wait staff

Was very good! We now frequent this place. We always get good food and friendly service. There’s a wide array of sauces from non-spicy and barbecue selections right up to more intense heat like Habanero or even Ghost! It’s definitely got some spicy options. I’d recommend a Bloody Mary here if you like those. If you like spice like I do, just ask them to “make it wild”.. you’ll be glad you did!

I ordered a beer cheese Cheesesteak and fries. I got the sandwich but my fries must be invisible because I can’t find them. The sandwich is so tiny that it was gone in 4 bites, more bread than filler! Did I just pay over $18 for a tiny sandwich and invisible fries? Apparently, I did! I just remembered why I stopped eating BWW, because they get worse and worse as time goes by.

Says 20 minute wait, taking more than 30 minute and counting. Place almost dead , only 4 counts of table filled on a Friday noon. Hot as hell like an oven cause no AC. Hoping to get my order before I miss my movie but I doubt it. 0 star is not possible

Whole story:

Ended up waiting 40 minutes, by the time everything was done I missed my movie because they (regal) did no entry after 20minute when movie started.

My order was in and waiting on me for 40 minute. An employee said I wasn’t on the system, I showed proof of purchased and asked for a refund. The employee asked to file a refund on the app. I didn’t use an app, I use online feature and asked for the manager.

Upon the manager entering, she gave us our money back , in the form of a refund into the cash app. 3 business days later and we got our money back. Management also found our 40 minute food around, and gave it to us. She apologized for the inconvenience.

I increased my star rating to 3 due to the competence of the management. But due to the incompetence of the employee we won’t be returning. Need better training for them.

Thank you manager for your service.

12/31/2025 update

We decided it’s not worth it to revisited after 4 years checking if the service changed. It’s a hit or miss, 1 hit, two misses. Check your order even ask delivery to check theirs. First order was good which we posted on social media, the next two was a miss. Bought the nachos with guacamole and when I bought two I neither got guacamole or salsa. We have points and decided one last time to use the point and not return. Well again a tea spoon of guacamole and no salsa. I ask for more guacamole and salsa because that service was pathetic. Don’t care if more years pass I’m sticking to Texas road house. The food was medium rare cooked to perfection and tipped $40 on a $87 order.

Ps. To my surprised there was hardly any chicken and toppings, it was mostly nachos unlike my first order long ago. Save your money and go to Texas or even Robins at west farm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed order for delivery. Ordered boneless wings with two different sauces and a large onion ring which was an extra $4.00 for the large. We received literally 6 onion rings and the boneless wings were traditional. They took the time to put the correct stickers on the wing boxes but didn’t provide the correct food. The stickers don’t matter, the food does. Thankfully, Uber Eats refunded me for half of the order but it’s not their fault they just deliver the food. Pay attention to the order and what you’re actually cooking. Believe it or not it matters.
