I am not a sports bar person but I really enjoyed my experience here. Staff are very friendly, personal, and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and esthetically pleasing. I went there with a friend but I would also feel comfortable going by myself. They have a wide variety of sport on the TV’s and the bar staff really make you feel at home.

I ordered some fries with my meal and paid extra for cheese and this is what I received…. UNACCEPTABLE! The cheese was dried up on the box and not even on the fries. Aren’t you suppose to drizzle cheese on the fries? Why is it in the bottom of the box?
It looked like it had been sitting out for hours before being served. This is concerning!
Customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food, not something that looks like it was refused and was about to throw out…. It’s disgusting. Situations like this are exactly why people need to be more cautious about what you accept from restaurants. Honestly, this makes you think twice and consider cooking more at home instead of trusting restaurants that clearly don’t take food quality seriously. Management needs to step up and do better. First and last time I’ll be ordering from here. And yes just because of these fries.

My family loves BWW, we are part of the blazing rewards program, and when a location opened up right down the road we were psyched, and asked for gift cards for Christmas!
One of the first days they were open we ordered online and it was amazing, perfect, fresh and hot.
With kids it’s harder to always go out, but we are happy to order in the app to get some great deals…
Well online ordering for this location does not work, and it’s been this way for over a week at the time of this writing.
Figuring it might be because they were busy, we’ve checked several different times, but it’s now always unavailable. We called the store, they said we could call back later and they’d honor the online specials… When we called back they said they wouldn’t…
When we called and told them the online ordering was down they said they’d have a manager fix it.
We finally found a time to go in and had a great meal, service was on point, food was fresh and on point.
I mentioned to a manager that online ordering has been down for a while and they said they would fix it…
I’d be less frustrated if they just said a reason why, like ironing out issues. Several other people I know have the same issue, and I’ve lost earned rewards because of this.
I’ve also gone to the faq page, and there is no reach out link…I did email the support account, but haven’t heard back.
If this ever gets fixed I’ll reflect my experiences in how it goes, but now I’m at a (generous) 3 star because if the service in the restaurant.

Got boneless wings .they where good tasting but smaller pieces then I was used to and a little sloppy with the sauce.waited a little longer then I should have. But doesn’t mean I was totally disappointed the workers where awsome and really friendly and professional.and made the wait very comfortable. definitely will try it again. And the restaurant was beautiful.

Everyone gives this place some harsh reviews…. I’m a local and come here fairly often because we really don’t have a lot of decent sports bars in the area. The bartenders are always super nice, managers are helpful. I’ve had some issues with the food from time to time but management has taken care of it

Service was phenomenal! When I placed my order at like 11:25pm, the app changed my pickup time to 11am the next day. I called right away to have it canceled but the woman who answered the phone said they could still do it for that night!

Wonderful experience here at the new Buffalo Wild Wings!! My day was instantly better when I saw Carter Gnatek at the takeout counter, such a great kid. My waitress was also great always there to make sure everything was good. Food was good and did not take too long to come out of the kitchen. Overall great experience and I will definitely be getting take out more often.

I understand they are newly opened, but the service hasn’t gotten any better and we’ve been about 5 times. Most recently, from the minute we sat down, my drink took 30 minutes and the food took an hour for a party of 2.

Madison was our server. She was awesome!
Seated immediately. Server was at my table quickly. Food was out in 10 min from the time i was seated

Both the Manager and Regional manager checked on us. I am a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and was excited that this one in Enfield was opening. My son and I will definitely be frequent customers at this location
