I had lunch here today, and it was a mixed bag. We were seated right away, which was great. The server asked if we wanted a high table or not, and we said regular. She was about to seat us at a regular table, but she asked if we wanted a booth instead. It wasn’t too busy, and it took a few minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Our server wasn’t very warm or welcoming, which is always a turn-off. I was really looking forward to trying the Radler, but they didn’t have beer! That was a bit disappointing. The music was a bit loud, which made it hard for our server to hear our orders. He said, “Can’t hear you,” which was a bit rude. I think he could have said, “Sorry, the music is a bit loud and I can’t hear you.” We ordered the fried pickles (small serving size) and chips & salsa (good serving size). They were both served hot and fresh. The way our server served them was cold, which was a bit rude. We ordered the traditional hot wings (medium), but there was no sign of the sauce. They were good and crispy, but where was the sauce? We also ordered beer beef cheese cheesesteak and chicken parm melt. Both were good and tasty! The only time our server checked on us was after he gave us our main meal. We were surprised he checked on us twice within 5 minutes. All he said was, “Everything good here?” There was plenty of seating from high tables to regular tables and booths. There was limited bar seating, but there were plenty of TVs that covered all kinds of sports. I would have given it a 5-star rating if the service had been better. The quality of the food made up for the poor service.

Make it make sense. I’ve been living in Vermont for 10 years and this bullshit happens at least twice a year. I come sit at the bar. There were three people to my left and three people to my right. I’m greeted shortly after sitting down. So took my drink order and I asked if I wanted a menu. I replied yes and thanked her. That was the last time she even acknowledged me as I sat there and watched her interact with the people on either side of me. She walked past me at least six times and didn’t even look in my direction. I refuse to eat at an establishment where I am not appreciated or have to ask to be seen. This has happened to me twice already in Vermont and it is only March 2nd.

If I could give the service a 1.5 star— I would. Since I have had never dined at a Buffalo Wild Wings before, my mother and I decided it would be a fun change for a daughter-mother dinner day.

After we were seated, it took between 10-15 minutes before our server came to greet us and ask for our drinks. Mind you… the time was needed since we were pretty indecisive about our appetizer and drinks- so the wait did not bother us one bit.

What DID bother us was the simple fact that we were not given napkins. We simply used the towelettes that were placed on the table. At first I was confused since I had never been somewhere with no napkins or silverware. I chopped it up to, “Maybe because it’s a wings place? Maybe that’s why we only have mini, tiny towelettes/”wet ones” and no silverware?”

As time went by, I looked around and noticed there were people eating with silverware. So if theres silverware, then there would be napkins, correct? Sure enough, I stopped another passersby and asked her for napkins- which she quickly brought to us.

Silverware? At this time there was no point since we had sat and ate our appetizer (including the boneless wings) with our fingers. True finger food experience I guess.

Though our waitress did come and check up on us through out dinner time, I had lost my appetite shortly after recieving my food after experiencing the large amount of grease dripping off my burger and sogged up the burger buns (picture). The onion rings- sweet but didn’t have that crunch. Maybe I’ll just go and get some Burger King next time. Better yet- grill up my own burger at home instead. Luckily the appetizer dish was satisfying enough.

Not too long before we left, the same waitress came out and gave a couple that were seated not too far from us napkins with their drinks.
What’s that all about? It inwardly made me sigh. How ridiculous.

So note to self: never go to this napkinless and silverware deprived restaurant again.

Also- drinks for $15 each is totally not worth it. If you drink beer, it’ll be a better deal for you. Margaritas or any specialty drinks- I don’t suggest.

It wasn’t busy when I came when I arrived at noon.

I had the black bean burger which comes with fries. Delicious .Very difficult to eat. The bun was delicious. The guacamole was good but combined with the not yet ripe tomatoes pickles and lettuce made it impossible to bite because it slipped all over the place. Be forewarned!

I had to use a fork – I was given 2 forks no knife upbeat sports bar atmosphere .

Food was good-if you don’t mind waiting 50 minutes- when there only 2 tables occupied! Could use a smiling face as a greeter- not a word from the greeter. Not a bad place, owner should sneak in and watch things…

Great service, our server was Ani and she was very polite and good at her job! The food is still great, i tried the brisket burger and hog wild fries which was amazing! They were low on help but still managed the situation well. The wait wasnt bad. Definitely recommend this location and Ani needs a raise!

Disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered wings well-tossed, but they came out barely sauced and cold. When I mentioned it to the server, instead of remaking them, she just dumped a huge amount of extra sauce on top — definitely not the right fix. On top of that, there was no cutlery in my to-go bag, and I noticed a few staff, including my server, standing around chatting instead of helping customers.

The honey garlic flavor also tasted more like buffalo sauce — not the sweet and garlicky flavor you’d expect. To top it off, I asked for a bottled Pepsi, but the server refused and said they only offer fountain drinks, even though there were bottled drinks right behind her.

Overall, not impressed at all with the service or the food this time.

My husband and I had the sampler for an appetizer. We picked onion rings, cheese sticks, pretzels, and chicken stripe. It was very good. I especially liked the pretzels with beer cheese dip. We also ordered 10 bone in gings each. I had lemon pepper and he had plain. We had buffalo sauce and ranch. The wings were perfectly cooked! Soft on the inside and crispy outside. The buffalo sauce had kick to it. I was a bit surprised but it was very flavorful.

The food was good.Love the choice you get the the Sauces for the wings. The pulled pork sandwich was greasy but good. The fried chicken sandwich was on point. The chicken rap was crunchy and delicious.

Wings all looked like they were from anorexic chickens and one of the 15 I got was the wrong part of the wing and less than half the size it should have been and im pretty sure it still had feathers on it very dissatisfied they should have some sort of reject criteria when cooking them
