Just came in to order takeout and stood waiting for 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. The girl had an attitude with me when I asked to order. 20 minutes later I got my order which was completely wrong. I asked for it to be fixed, and got what I had originally ordered (a chicken wrap). I was able to get about 4 bites out of the wrap that was not tortilla . Very disappointed.

Don’t recommend ordering from any delivery service for this Buffalo Wild Wings in this area in general. Food is just thrown in the box like it’s trash, and it’s burnt and cold. Waited over 30 minutes, just to be disappointed, and also missed half my dips. The manager had an attitude once I got off the phone. There’s a reason why they have a 4.0 as a rating.

The best wings I’ve ever had. Hands down. Went in knowing we’d be getting some wings, they have a spicy scale too comparing their sauces which I found really helpful. The waitress was also super helpful in picking a sauce too. Brought us a sample of one we wanted to try. However. When we got the wings, they were so good I asked if they sold the sauce I got which they did, so had to grab a bottle. (I have been putting it on everything). Definitely hope I get to check it out again. Love it. Food and service was excellent.

I hate to see so many bad reviews. I’ve only eaten in once but the staff was very accommodating and seated me away from the noise from the bar. My waitress was super friendly and helped me download the app for extra savings. Since that visit my family has gotten take out 3 additional times and are food has always been great!! Burgers, boneless wings and bone in wings! Love their tots and potato wedges too!!! We did have a recent experience where some of our fries were cold and were shorted a couple wings but the manager went above and beyond to make things right!!! I would strongly encourage you to give them another shot!!!!!

I had a pretty weird experience at BWW. It was only my second time there, and it might be my last. As I was sitting down, I overheard the bartender and someone she works with complaining about something wasn’t stocked in the bar on Thursday night, even though there were six of them.
This bartender was just plain nasty. When I ordered a Highlife, she first tried to talk me into something cheaper, and then she argued that she didn’t like my choice.
Wanted to continue being awkward, evidently; she asks for my ID so I pull it out, but I mention that it’s been over five years since I’ve been carded. The bartender then started in at me ripping into the other bartender I had, Kristina, for “not” doing her job and asked if I knew the law. I know the law in Maine; you have to be over 20 years old to drink. Period. If she thought I might have been younger than 21, yes Kristina is indeed smarter than you, boo. Kristina is also really good at her job because she is fast, gets to us never having to wait, and can pull a full bar at 4.30 on a Thursday and the other bartender can’t pull anyone on a weekend dinner. That woman is also prettier than you. Sorry you’re insecure, your personality was even worse.
As someone who waits tables and is good at it; Kristina. Listen. Thursday night I thought you were great. Now I think you’re awesome.
I didn’t have anything this visit. I walked. But (Thursday) I had the cheese bites and that sauce was good.

If you’re coming here for the beer, that’s all you should come here for the service is bad. They are extremely rude. Don’t care about their jobs. The girl at the to go counter, said she was going to check on my food, then just walked around and walked right to the hostess stand to sit there and chitchat. Didn’t even come back to tell me if my food was ready or not.The food is quite disgusting. Definitely do not order the cheese curds they taste like little fried balls of oil on our wings there is barely any sauce to cover the whole thing and they are quite hard. They also put like a pound of green onion on the wings and they’re not even cut up all the way so there’s a big chunk of green onion in my wings.Definitely do not recommend it here unless you’re just going out for a quick drink and appetizers even then I would skip the food and just get the booze.

I came here with my wife to eat before work. We arrived around 6:05 PM and ordered wings with fries at about 6:10. The restaurant was not busy, only a few tables so we expected the food to come quickly. However, we noticed that the staff seemed to be preparing many more to-go orders than dine-in orders.
By 6:40, we asked the server if there was an issue with our order. She said she would check and came back telling us it would be ready in 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes with no food and no further updates, we decided to leave.
I can’t comment on the food quality since we never received it. I understand this is not a fast-food place, but waiting 45 minutes for wings and fries, especially when the restaurant wasn’t crowded, was disappointing. If it had been a more complex dish, the wait would have been more understandable.
Maybe next time if there will be one I’ll actually have the big opportunity to try the wings.

Firstly, we made a reservation via Open Table. The hostess stated they don’t use that but would try to get us seated as soon as possible. About 20 minutes later we reengaged the hostess and she made a better effort to finally seat us at a high top bar table meant for a snug four while we had a party of five. Luckily the server suggested we move to a booth to be more comfortable. Highlight was our server; she took care of us well and we took care of her. Food came out correctly and was delicious. The everything pretzel knots are a must try. Wings were supposed to be well done but came fairly normal cook but we still enjoyed them. The Red Bull sunrise was delicious. A bit sweet but good.

Usually at this location we have good service, but this time it was just terrible. For atmosphere I wish I could put negative stars because there was an obnoxious man standing behind our table with no shirt on and a very revealing pair of overalls. Many people including us were visibly distraught by this. We waited a little while for our food, not too long only about an hour, but when it arrived one of us received the completely wrong order. When confronted the waitress seemed extremely flummoxed, then she proceeded to bring a replacement dish which was also wrong. After we received our food we asked for second drinks and this took an absurdly long time, but thankfully the first wrong meal was removed from the bill but still billed for the second wrong meal.
