Eddie is the best server we have ever had. Eddie came out each time with more and more enthusiasm and loved putting smiles on our faces. He is quick, strong through adversity, and well dressed. My friends and I have went 8-10 times this football season, and Eddie was the most elite waiter we’ve ever seen.

Honestly not a great experience since I walked in the door. I explained to the staff at the front about a 5$ off 20 or more spent, he then proceeded to tell me to let a manager know when we are done eating and he won’t be here, I was here with my fiancée for dine in we were then brought to a dirty table and had to wait for the server to clean it, there were plenty other areas we could have been seated. Me and my fiancee ordered drinks I got a Mountain Dew and tasted like straight chemicals, her soda was fine she got a Pepsi. I then ordered two appetizers the ultimate nacho which you can see as pictures was not portioned properly and the chicken mind as well never have boon cooked, way to many chips not enough toppings. The rest of our food was fine, except the beer pub cheese was like water and the everything pretzels were not warmed up or anything ,everything else was fine.. I couldn’t eat after that , I had a manager come over , her name was summer who was very helpful and offered to remake the nachos and help resolve a lot of the issue, can’t promise I’ll return here but atleast ended on an okay note my rating could have been better but at the experience I give it 3* thank you summer! Also my fiance was give a free peice of cheese cake for her birthday. I also posted pictures of the before and after nachos and the rest of the food. Presentation after the remake was amazing great job there every one!

Tried to have lunch there today. First they took forever to seat us. I think because they didn’t appreciate that I requested a high top, eventhough there were plenty available. Once seated we sat for 10 minutes without being approached by a waitress. We watched one waitress go to the same table three times, ignoring us. We decided to leave when this same waitresses started cleaning off an empty table instead of approaching ours. As we walked out she looked up at us and said, “Have a nice night.” I’m accustomed to bad service at BWW but this was Outrageous!!

We ordered from here, we each ordered 20 wings both honey bbq sauce. Immediately upon opening the containers I noticed the sauce smelled more like Buffalo sauce but it look like honey bbq so I thought maybe the recipe changed. After eating a few and looking at the wings under different light I realized that i could see buffalo sauce. The kitchen must of tossed them in buffalo sauce and then realized it was supposed to be honey bbq and covered them in that instead of remaking the order correctly. This is bad quality and dangerous, what someone in my family had an allergy to a spice that was in buffalo but not honey bbq. This type of mistakes should not happen at any restaurant.

TL;DR: Eat in, do not order online.
It’s a chain restaurant. You expect the same and get the same for food. It’s a formula. Eaten here multiple times in person and it’s not bad… typical B-Dubz.
Love how nice the staff are. They seem very understaffed, though, which does suck. Felt like literally just a single person to greet AND deal with delivers AND bring people to tables AND everything else. I feel bad that they are probably stressed out and overworked.
Ordered for the first time online and I’m now already hating it. Came in, picked up my food, left. Again, super-nice staff, love that. Hated that I didn’t actually check my order, but that’s how that happens, right? Order wasn’t right, but I didn’t verify until I left and was 20 min out. I trusted them to get it right and I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt considering that people make mistakes. That’s okay.
I called, got a dude who basically told me that my order was put in as the “incorrect” order and my dumb self just said, you know, I believe you, I was wrong. And he offered to get me a manager but I just believed I was wrong. And then I checked my online receipt and realized HE was wrong… which means one of a few things: a) he had to put in the order manually AFTER seeing my order, which means their POS might be terrible, AND/OR b) he made a mistake or misspoke.
And then I realized they missed an entire item from my order. (It’s not world-ending, but it was salt on the wound at this point.)
I called back, got someone else (Gwen) and then after greeting each other, I realized that either my call got disconnected or she accidentally hung up on me. And that was that. I was so pissed off I didn’t care about the food anymore.
This is most likely not really the staff’s fault. There was a miscommunication and this ended up souring my mood. So do yourself a favor and NEVER ORDER ONLINE unless you plan on checking your order on-location. Spent $60+ for like 80% of my order, of which a third of it was incorrect. (Quite literally the menu item, the sauces, and a missing side… all wrong.)
Will I eat B-dubz again? Maybe… but I might continue or extend my cadence of once every few years. Just do yourself a favor and eat-in.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the entrance to meet us. A employee walked by and looked at us and didn’t say anything and then another employee walked over didn’t say anything after we said hello. They waved us to a table with out even saying hello. The atmosphere was very depressing. The bathrooms where gross with your feet sliding on the floor do to others messes. The waitress was very pleasant and the only good part of my time at this restaurant. The food was very mid and not worth it. Upon leaving all employees ignored us even after we said have a good night.
Pros.
– It’s quite and empty for the most part
– waitress I had was nice and caring
– food was OK
Cons.
– majority of employees are rude
– atmosphere is depressing
– bathrooms where gross and messy

1st eating here. Not impressed. Hubby got the mushroom swiss burger (sans Swiss). They didn’t ask how he wanted the burger cooked. When it arrived it was 2 burgers (960 calories and 1600mg sodium) dripping with grease. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich (620 calories and 1260 sodium) The batter was falling off the chicken and the chicken was all gristly. Both came with a side of fries (420 calories with 730 sodium) that were covered in heavy salt and pepper. We don’t plan on coming back again. The service was exceptional, food not so good.

The outside of the place looks like a haunted house. I was scared to enter. You might wanna rethink your curb Appeal, walked in I’m very elderly. I was brought to a high top table with very uncomfortable seats. I asked how come I can’t have a booth as there was many open, and the young hostess told me well you don’t have to yell at me about it, which was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I’ve tried to eat here twice. I’m never trying the third time

Good food and service. I had the Brisket Tacos and a six piece order of Teriyaki boneless wings with nachos as a side. Ginger beer as a beverage. I sat at the bar but seating was available. A large group of people behind me were seated right away.
Though the counter was clean, the restaurant shows signs that the customers are rough on the place. Being a sports bar, it can be loud, especially with the music turned up.
Prices reasonable. Multiple games being broadcast on tvs.
