Usually love BWW but we ordered Buffalo tots which came 45 min later with our entrees and had no Buffalo at all. Sent them back. Server had to be asked 2x for straws. Had to ask for utensils. No side of sauce that I asked for that had to be asked for x2. Then the bill comes and the buffalo tots that we sent back, did not eat, and came with no buffalo were charged on my bill. Had to ask her to remove it. She comes back and says the manager removed it. I say I hope so since we didn’t eat it and it came incorrectly

This place is a disaster. Everytime I order here something goes wrong. This is my last time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I ordered their 15 dollar buffalo chicken ranch sandwhich and not only did they only give a tiny squirt of buffalo sauce for the whole sandwhich, you can barely even say they put ranch on it. Plus the chicken was thin and tough. So gross.

Typical BWW in service, but a bit short on beer selection. Food was hot and correct, except for the bogo traditional, ended up with 18 instead of 12. Nothing better than a mistake your way!

Honestly… I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this experience really stayed with me.
We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings around 10 pm. According to the website, the location closes at 11 pm, so we were clearly there during normal business hours. The place was almost empty, no line, no rush, nothing that would explain what happened next.
We sat on the couches near where the host usually stands, assuming someone would come over shortly. More than 10 minutes passed and no one approached us.

We love BWWs! Great place to catch a game. Plus the cauliflower wings are really good. We always get them. And the wild herd beer! So cheap for a decent beer. We will be frequent visitors during all sports seasons for sure.

Horrible service. Horrible. (and I never complain about service) Waited over an hour to get our food. And when it came, only the 3 adult meals came….not the Grilled Cheese Sandwich for the 2 year old. Not once did the server come by and ask if we needed anything or explain why things were slow…and the restaurant was empty! Then after getting our food….asked our server 5 minutes later where the Grille Cheese was…waited another 15 minutes and asked another server where the Grilled Cheese was before getting it 5 minutes later. (How long does it take to make a Grilled Cheese??) Never again. Literally.

Normally, this is a solid choice. Autumn at store 3815 is obviously the glue that holds that store together because we came in today and unfortunately she was not there. This was singularly the worst service we have ever had. There was an entire empty bar full of dirty dishes for the entirety of our meal. The entire crew except for the bartender sat at a table in the corner and did nothing. Our appetizer (Fried Pickles) came out fast. That is the high point of this experience. Our order of chicken fingers was obviously forgotten and sat in the back to get cold. FYI: tossing them back in the hot grease to warm them up only over cooks them. We were so disappointed by this visit that even though we usually get great food and service at store 3815, we won’t be back…ever. That’s how bad it was.

I love this place. First went to one in Dallas airport so I was excited to see if the food and experience was consistent in a different state. It was. Excellent menu with wide selection of beers. The chicken and sauces were delicious. The staff were friendly and on point. I’ll be keeping an eye out for this place on my travels.

Husband had hot bbq wings. $23 for 15 wings with no sides. A bit pricey considering I got a nice chicken sandwich and fries for $11. Also overcharged on their advertised $8 Titos and Lemonade. Rings up at &9.50 and waitress said she wasn’t sure why, which would be okay but no offer to get it corrected. I understand the special probably wasn’t loaded on POS but it was brought to their attention and nothing happened. It was fairly small too.
Chicken sandwich Taste was good, cooked well. Wings, well done. Fries are basic shoestring, nothing special.
Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here. Hubby loves wings so we had a meal .

Make sure you check your order every time. I have ordered for pickup twice the past few weeks and both times they tried forgot my app and when I inform them it is missing, thry try and argue until I show them the receipt. both times this has happened. No apologies or anything except attitude that they got caught trying to cheat you out of something you paid for. This location is a disaster.
