I never leave bad reviews but I feel like I had to in order for management to see how bad it was. There was trash everywhere all over the floor, tables were a disaster and instead of any of the servers cleaning the tables they would just pile trash from another table onto one. I even watched the hostess walk over and just move the trash from one table to another, barely wipe it and sit more people. Our server was ok but kept forgetting things and I just saw every table with empty glasses. The craziest thing was who I thought was the manager on duty walked right through the trash on the floor without helping at all. I wanted to come here to watch the patriots game but I’ll never be back if this place keeps looking like this.

I had an incredible experience today, largely thanks to Devin, our server. He consistently checked on us, demonstrating an incredible attention to detail that elevated our entire dining experience. His outstanding customer service truly sets this restaurant apart from any other location I’ve visited, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized for it. I highly recommend this establishment!

Unfortunately our experience here was not great. When we arrived we waited a few minutes to be seated, as there was no host. They had just opened so the timing for me was still acceptable. We sat down and our waitress was very to the point which was fine and brought us some drinks. After that we placed our order, it was very small. A chicken sandwich with a salad, 10 boneless wings, and a small fry. After 35 minutes with no check in and another table getting their food before us, we contacted the manager. After getting the manager and explaining the situation our waitress showed up with some of our food. They both explained only one cook was on and they were backed up due to online orders. To note when we arrived, there were maybe 6 tables and 4 people at the bar with two active waitresses and a bartender. While I can appreciate online orders, customers at the restaurant should come first. They offered their apologies and offered at first a free desert. While appreciated we declined. The food was cold but tasted fine and the salad that had been ordered had been forgotten and came about 7 or so minutes later. The manager offered to fully comp our meals and apologized for our experience. My review puts this location at a 3. It would be a 1 or 2 however due to Adam the manger comping the meal and his sincere apology I would try again but would be wary of the service and would walk if I had a similar experience.

I would leave 0 syars if I could.3rd party orders like doordash in my case are an after thought.I have received 3 full refunds the last 3 orders and have taken my buisness elsewhere.All orders completely wrong.Last order was 10 buffalo wings.I received 10 plain wings with sauce on the side and for 30 dollars I expect to get what I ordered.Before that was always no sauces and missed items.They clearly do not care.You have to really tick me off to leave a bad review and unfortunately they have and I have found a new spot.3 orders and guess what!? Always spot on.Goodbye B Dubs im done.

Front person lady was rude. It took her like 20 minutes to come take my take order. She was sitting everyone else and given orders and leave me last to tell she didnt know how long my order of 6 wings was gonna take but that it will be a while. I understand you are busy but serve people in the order they are coming in.

Service is really slow. Took us a while to just get a couple of wings. They had a great deal where apps were endless, so we got a lot of appetizers other than that, everything took really long to come to our table, but when it did arrive, everything was delicious. The atmosphere was very nice. Sports bar oriented TVS everywhere, with all sorts of sports.

been going here for years. it used to be good. seems lately the service is terrible. went here over the weekend and waited an HOUR for our food. many people were waiting at the host stand and to pick up takeout and were clearly frustrated. NEVER saw a manger and maybe saw two servers on a busy saturday. they are in desperate need of help!!! food is really good but nobody wants to wait for an hour. we will happily go somewhere else. they need to do way better.

Food was good but the hospitality was lacking. Took like over 30 minutes just to get a table , then took another to order. It looked like there wasn’t a lot of people working that day but at least our server was nice , so we didn’t give her a hard time. Once again food was good!

Ordered delivery through the app, 20 pc chicken and a large seasoned fry. Got unseasoned fries and nacho chips? No chicken, the order was even “checked by” someone. How was this checked? On what planet does a 20 piece chicken look like this??? Tried to call 3 times to resolve the issue, no one answers the phones. My to go delivery orders through their app are consistently wrong; whoever packages the orders and whoever checks the orders here does a horrible job and everytime I leave feedback through the app I never receive contact or resolution.

We walked into Buffalo Wild Wings at 9:20pm and got sat immediately. Unfortunately everything went down hill from there. We got sat at a dirty table I asked for it to be wiped down and the server apologized and said to give her a moment and she will clean a different table and move us. The pictures are the “clean” table I was sat at. It took 20 minutes for our water to be delivered another 20 for our food order to be taken and I’m not even exaggerating when I say there were 6 tables in the restaurant. To preface I am a server and rarely judge because I get it but this was absolutely unacceptable. This used to be a go to place for a quick meal but it has gone down hill tremendously. No one in that place walked with purpose and every single table around us was dirty. There is no excuse for that.
