Best Deal for 20 wings and fries. Quality product, great wings and a smoking deal. Had an issue with order in the past and they acknowledged and corrected it moving forward. Will continue to support this winner winner chicken dinner establishment.

Let’s start off by saying it’s a Buffalo Wild Wings so my expectations are never high. I’ve ordered takeout here for a few years and they have legitimately never made an order on time. Today was atrocious… we had 20 boneless wings and potato wedges order for pickup at 240. I did not receive the order until 310. Took 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged inside. The wings had basically no sauce on them and had to ask for sides and the wedges were just a giant clump. Manager made sure to let everyone know they were short staffed and another girl let us know it was her first day. There was a handful of other folks in there all waiting just like I was. Normally not too big of a deal because they are always late with the pickup time but normally the food is fine. Today was merely edible. Thankfully for them I was starving the photos below are after we used the extra sauce

This place had the worst experience I’ve ever had getting food. I walked in with no host to greet me . I ended up sitting at the bar, only to find no bartender in sight. The host was sitting at a table, engrossed in her phone. After 10 minutes, I finally approached a customer at the bar and asked if anyone was working. He called the host by name who was head down in her phone, to get the bartender from the back.

My sandwich, which the host had opened to check, was missing something crucial. The quality of the food was simply unacceptable. I can only hope that this location is closed down soon.

Dear, Complaint Department,
I received no response from your Seekonk MA store or your support email regarding the take out order that was given to me on Sunday July 13, 2025.
I don’t want a coupon or a gift card. I want a full refund. How do you mess up 2 orders of wings that are dried up and look like they were fried the day before in old grease?
There can’t be quality control at this Seekonk MA location. I drove from Procidence for this and it’s totally unacceptable.
I never received a response or refund.

was there Thursday. my girlfriends beer cheese steak had no onions and to much black pepper . i ordered a grilled chicken ceaser salad ,instead of chicken breast it was some type of chicken salad .i asked about it and was told they ran out of chicken breast .that would be nice to know before i ordered ♂️. was to disappointed along with the wait to eat whatever it was ..✌

Ashley, our waiter was amazing. She treated everyone very, very nice. she encouraged us to try the hot. food and service was amazing. Highly recommend this buffalo wild wings waitress.

I came to pick up a take out order. The order was placed an hour and 15 minutes before i received it. I had to go up to an employee because nobody greeted me, and then had to speak to two more to figure out what was taking so long. Employees were unhelpful and rude. And then on top of all of that forgot my drinks. The manager the phone was friendly, but you need to do something about your staff. Terrible customer service- it’s not even like the place was packed. Ridiculous. Never going back here.

I went there on Friday evening (Around 6:30pm) and it was fairly occupied. Our server was Mari and she was very cooperative and knowledgeable. I went with my friends and it was our first to this location. She suggested us the food along with the sauces and they were wonderful. She was very welcoming, would definitely go back again. We even ordered takeout and it was ready in no time. Keep up the good work
