Super Bowl night. I place my order of 30 boneless wings, pick up at 5. At 6pm I open my order to get them ready, only to find out they gave me 24 boneless wings. While serving my plate I was like ok, maybe they miscounted a flavor but I’m going to get more of another one, I was wrong. Game was about to start I had no time to drive back 20 minutes. I did call them but what they are going to do at this point?…

I have edited my post. Thanks so much for contacting me and try to solve this matter. You guys really care. I will move from 1 star to 4 stars, but def. Service and customer service deserve a 10. Thank you.

Pre-Ordered and paid for food for Super Bowl two days in advance for 5:40pm pickup. Only a $60ish order. It was a disorganized, absolute mess. The servers and staff were doing the best they could and were very polite and apologetic. The management and kitchen really made a mess of this. There must have been 40 – 50 people at any given time waiting to pick up orders. We eventually got our order at 7:20pm, about 1 hour and 40 minutes after the scheduled time (this seemed to be consistent with anyone who had placed an online order). Meanwhile, Doordash and Grubhub orders that had been placed in the last couple hours were coming out faster. As for the food, the boneless wings were the best and tasted really good. The bone-in wings were overcooked, as was the cheese curds, which were burnt and inedible. Ultimately, it was a poor experience. I would not recommend ordering from here on a holiday or event, and will never do so again myself. Plenty of TVs though so we could watch the game while we waited – perhaps the only positive of the experience.

Food and the service provided by the server was great. The company should be disappointed in themselves for ALWAYS short staffing the work crew on Veteran’s day. This is the third year I’ve gone here on a Veterans Day and there is only two servers working with no host. I’m assuming the kitchen is short staffed as well. Over working your two servers when you know it gets busy on Veteran’s day is absurd.

Huge Bdubs fan. Been going to all the locations in MA for the years. This location is over. I gave them one more chance got worse. Bartender kept touching his nose, his neck, his ears, and scratching his head repeatedly all night. My wing sauces were completely wrong. There was only 1 waitress in there that looked like she actually cared about anything. It was empty for a reason. Never going back to this location. Management doesn’t care to fix it been over a year. They will simply say sorry to hear and ask you to fill out a survey when they respond. peace out Hanover

This Buffalo Wild Wings has exceeded my expectations. We went for the AYCE boneless wings and our server was fantastic. It wasn’t too busy on a Wednesday night and we opted to sit outside. Even though we were the only table outside, the staff checked on us often. There are televisions throughout and the restaurant is clean.

The first order came with 10 boneless wings with the option of up to 2 sauces and every subsequent refill is 6 wings with 1 sauce. We were able to order the next refill before we finished our current plate. This is a much better experience than what I’ve seen online for other locations making this deal worth it!

I truly don’t understand how this place is still open. Drive by on any weeknight (no major sporting game on), and there’s maybe a handful of cars in the parking lot — and don’t tell me customers are parking in the back.

We’ve tried it a few times in the past and found the food to be lackluster and the service pretty awful. Once, the bartender tried to gaslight me into saying I ordered an expensive beer when all I wanted was a bud lite.

Fast forward to tonight and we ordered takeout through their app. The app will give you an estimated time to pickup, but it was clear our food had been sitting for a while. Chilis and other places will text you/alert you when your order. Knowing past mistakes of orders in the past not including side sauces, I checked before I left … and much to my surprise, the side sauces were missing. So when I went back inside to ask, I received a lot of attitude and “it’s in the bag.” Okay, it’s 30 degrees outside and I wouldn’t have come back inside if so. Then, she tried to give us the wrong sauce and when I asked for more (two little ramekins for a large order of onion rings), she told me they only give one tiny sauce for a large order. Listen, I wasn’t going to get into a back and forth. I’ve hosted, served, and bartended in the past to know good service.

To sum it up, always check your order before leaving the parking lot because you never know what you’re going to get. The service is mehhh and the food and prices certainly don’t justify it.

I had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! The Cheese Curds appetizer was a perfect start to the meal – crispy, gooey, and absolutely delicious. But the real star of the show was the wings with Asian Zing sauce. They were up there on the hotness scale, but incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Pairing them with a cold Blue Moon made the meal even better. The combination of heat from the wings and the refreshing beer was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for a great time and awesome food!

We got the skillets at this place around 11 PM, and it feels like they burnt this on purpose because we ordered near closing. They were absolutely disgusting. This place sucks.

The place itself is your regular bar with a pretty decent choice of beers and drinks, however the beer was hit. The food was not too great and prices were a little high for what we actually got. The chips basket had almost nothing. One of our kids order had 4 chicken tenders and the other had 6. The hamburger was bland. Our server took our drink order and then disappeared. One of our meals was wrong but we couldn’t find our server and my son said he would eat it. There is no organized check in method. Everyone that was waiting to be seated was confused.

Let me tell you about an enchanting trip I took to a culinary destination dubbed ‘Bdubs’, also known as Buffalo Wild Wings. This was a trip not taken in haste, but after a longing of two long years.

I was eager to sink my teeth into the majestic Thai Curry and Desert Heat wings, a duo as iconic as salt and pepper, Abbott and Costello, or Netflix and chill. They made their way to my table with commendable swiftness, flaunting a freshness that could rival the produce aisle at Whole Foods.

Now, don’t think for a moment that the fries were just an afterthought in this epicurean adventure. Adorned with the same Desert Heat seasoning as the wings, they held their own, proving that in this gustatory game, every player has its part to play.

This isn’t just about a delightful meal, folks. No, it’s more than that. Bdubs served up an experience, a symphony of flavors that, let’s say, struck all the right chords and left me feeling delightfully light.

In a nutshell, my excursion to Buffalo Wild Wings was a feast for the senses, and even delivered some unexpected wellness benefits. Who knew that great flavor could also pave the way for great… digestion?

In conclusion, my visit to Bdubs was a five-star experience. The food was fantastic, the service was swift, and the after-effects, let’s say, were quite liberating. If you’re in the mood for a tasty journey that’s a bit out of the ordinary, make a beeline for Buffalo Wild Wings. Just remember to leave your inhibitions at the door, and perhaps, pack a good book for later.
