Went on a Wednesday around 5:30. Wasn’t particularly busy at all, but we waited about 10 minutes before someone even came over to seat us. Once we were seated, we gave our order for drinks with no issue, waited a minute to review the menu. Once we ordered our food, it took about 45 minutes to receive said food. 4 adults and two older children. One adult got the chicken parm, one adult got the steak and cheese, one adult got 10 wings, one adult got chicken sandwich. One child got mozzarella moons and the other got boneless wings. While the food had good flavor, I don’t think 45 minutes was warranted. When the food was brought to the table, all the rolls were rock hard, like they had been sitting under the warming light for 30 minutes. Then mozzarella moons didn’t come out everyone’s food, I had to ask TWICE where they were. That took about 10 minutes to come back out. Overall the flavors were there, but service was extremely lackluster. It was my first time to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and it will also be my last.

I don’t kno what happened tonite but this place was horrible tonite. Server especially the manager (white lady) had some serious attitude as if we were imposing on her. Food was 2hrs late, they gave our food away twice. Served my (big) group wings (cheated us on the fries) didn’t give us any sauce then forgot the celery and carrots

When we arrived, we were seated promptly.
Our drink order was taken and she returned with those in a short period of time. She took our order seemed competent, doing it, and then we proceeded to wait fifty five minutes before we got our food outside. Needless to say everything was cold. And there was something wrong with my son’s bucket of wingless chicken. The chicken was covered in dipping sauce and no dipping sauce was provided. All of the vegetables in his little dishwash were saturated with barbecue sauce.

A nice sports restaurant, conveniently located in a large shopping center, with a free parking lot.
Comfortable seating, clean restrooms, upbeat atmosphere with dozens of TVs playing sports, there’s also a good bar.
The food is mostly what you’d expect, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that they also serve salad, veggies, wraps etc.
Very good service, decent size portions, fair prices. Good experience overall !

Our waitress and other staff were absolutely amazing. There was a couple kitchen mix-ups and they went above and beyond to fix it! The one dispute we had with the menu is kids meals are only served with milk. Having three kiddos with us with milk allergies they should offer an alternative! Food was yummy! Kids loved it! Fries were the best part!

Genuinely awful i’m sorry. I went with 3 friends, the wait time is so long even with it barley being busy, no one greeted us. none of the food came out in time, half the food came out and then when the other half came out they were completely cold like they were straight out of the fridge. the waitress never checked up on us, we had empty drinks the whole time, one of the meals wasn’t even brought out . there was like 3 other tables and 4 servers i don’t understand how it was that slow and the food quality was so low. im not coming back to this one.

My family and I enjoy the food so much we took some to go. Thank you. We have nacho appetizers in mozzarella sticks was delicious, chicken was finger licking good my baby daddy ordered the lemon pepper rub, I had like 15 piece chicken, my daughter a vegetarian so she was eating a cauliflower hot and she loved it. My son almost ate his whole Burger and he loved his drink, the strawberry margarita, Mt daughter had the spicy margarita drinks they were delicious too. We will definitely be back there! Thank you guys! ♾️

This place was very disappointing, me and my 3 friends came in and it was a little busy so I get it, I work in the food industry myself but the fact we waited to be seated for like 2 minutes should have told me this is gonna be a terrible experience. We finally sat down and no lie wasn’t greeted or anything for like 10 minutes, finally someone came over (can’t remember her name but black hair wavy) we put in all our things all at once because we sat there for 10 minutes. I got a margarita well my friends got sodas, they got there sodas fast and I waited for 5 minutes for my margarita, the bar wasn’t busy at all, finally got my drink and it was so sweet I didn’t taist the alcohol in it at all it was ridiculous. We got our dip and it was fine, but our waitress just gave it to us and walked away before we could ask for napkins and silverware, and we couldn’t flag her down because she was no where to be seen. Finally AFTER 20 MINUTES AFTER OUR APPETIZER we got our food, only a few things came out and I sat there waiting for my food well everyone else got theres for 2 minutes, the food was ice cold, I didn’t say anything and I should have, I tried being understanding but this was a terrible experience, I will not be coming back here again. Do better.

Other reviews are not lying, the service can be unnaturally slow. However, in my experience the food has been tasty and the drinks decent. Perhaps better suited for a “night on the town” spot than a sit down establishment
