Had a great lunch experience at Buffalo Wild Wings with my family. I ordered the Pick 6 bundle and everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful. The boneless wings (Honey BBQ & Desert Heat) were perfectly sauced, the fries were crispy, and the ranch was on point. We also tried the All-American burger with wedges juicy and filling. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent value for the price. Definitely coming back, and I’d love an invite to the next media event .

I go to this location frequently and I’m frequently dissapointed if you go during lunch hours expect to wait 10-15 minutes after your order is supposed to be ready for your food. I ordered 6 wings they only gave me 5. They rarely remember to give you your celery and ranch and I wouldve left this review on the link on the receipt but I was not given one.

Great experience! The wings were really good and the place had really nice atmosphere. Shoutout to Sydney, our server, who made an incredible job and made us feel so comfortable! She gave us beverages refills before asking for them and also gave us 4 different buffalo sauces to try.

We wanted to grab something quick to eat up and arrival we were greeted by 4 waiter’s they were all extremely nice, I have met Karina from previous visits she is very friendly and personable always making a great impression for the company.
Our waiter name was Joy very friendly and show great interpersonal skill we couldn’t stay long do to our son being on the Spectrum he was overstimulated. We asked for our food to go after joy had bring our food our food service was quick She was very understanding and empathetic even told us that she understood do that she work with kids on the spectrum. Even though we had to leave I have to say our experience was great thank You Joy for being so understanding. You’re very kind

If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered takeout and my food was 30 minutes late. When I walked inside, every single waiter and bartender was gathered around an arcade machine, completely ignoring customers while trying to win a stuffed animal.

I stood there for five minutes before walking over myself—no one even looked up. I had to ask if my food was ready because the entire staff was glued to the machine.

The most disappointing part? The manager thought it was funny and didn’t see a problem with it. That says everything about how this place is run.

Honestly, it’s no surprise there were only six people in the entire restaurant. Management should check the cameras and seriously consider a full staff overhaul.

Completely unacceptable.

The food here was actually really good — flavorful and fresh — but the service totally ruined the experience. It took forever to get seated even though there were open tables, and our server barely checked on us. We had to ask multiple times for water and refills, and it felt like we were being ignored most of the time. It’s a shame because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing, but the staff definitely needs some training in customer service.

Quick to seat.
Take forever to serve our main food, never mentioned the boneless wings deal. I did ask about the deal and was given the same exact ones I ordered without being asked what kind boxed to go when leaving.
One drink, never asked again til after meal was served was half way thru eating.
Our endless apps weren’t really endless, the second round order came out as we will after our dinner came.
Was completely dead in the restaurant including seeing any employees other then the to go person who widely ignored us.

The restaurant inside is nice and clean and the servers are friendly but I didn’t like the food, we got the spicy garlic wings and tasted like plain buffalo sauce, we also got the garlic parmesan wings and they taste like vinegar and the fries? Like you probably already read on other reviews, they were cold and rubbery, the basket had a sticker that says regular fries that tells me they’re seating in a counter in the back not even under a heat lamp, for 17 dollars 6 wings and French fries you would expect fresh hot flavorful food, I didn’t got any of that.

I only ordered two things, a hamburger and 10 wings for pickup and the order was ready 18 minutes past the pickup time. Then when I get back to the hotel room the fries were room temperature. A pretty underwhelming experience.

Seriously. We come in here for lunch often. Service is always slow and inattentive. They’ve promised gift cards but I tell them I don’t want free stuff I want to love the place and to have the issue with slow service fixed. Doesn’t seem like that’s gonna happen in the near future. Even after talking to the literal manager, service was still super slow by wait staff. Disappointed and hope they fix the issues. My husband loves BWW but we hate having what should take 45min, take twice that. And for the record, there less then 8 people in the restaurant, including our party
