Dropped in on an overnight and was hungry…wasn’t sure if this place would meet the craving. Ordered the burger and friends got the wings… I’ll be back. Burger was good and wings were Awesome. Hot honey garlic and loganberry were gimme more tasty. Took some time for the order to arrive. Will be back. Recommend.

Stumbled upon this place and was DELIGHTED to discover that they had vegetarian “wings”. Their regular hot sauce was delicious and the side of Warped sauce was so good, I took it home & put it on my breakfast the next day!

Bartenders were sweet and gave us some local beer recommendations. Knocked it out of the park. Definitely would visit again when I’m in town!

WILDLY underwhelming. Like embarrassingly so. Want a bunch of Sysco food that’s been fried up and sold at ridiculous prices? This is your place.

$10 basket of waffle fries had a total of 11 fries and some crumbs/bits. Zero seasoning.

The “threesome” platter features all of Sysco’s finest prepackaged appetizers – some bland mozz sticks, greasy pizza egg rolls and standard tenders. How it cost $23 is beyond me.

Avoid this place. I wish I had ordered from a fast food joint instead.

Service was disjointed as well; bartender guy was annoyed by everyone and forgot our sides, and never refilled beers despite us sitting at the bar. Anyone who would come in to order food, he would preface taking the order with “it’s going to be like 60 minutes for food.”

Everything needs a cleaning; salt shaker was sticky and the ketchup bottle was slimy (and 100% empty – we asked for a replacement and never got it)

The bartender was amazing he sure he called me by my first name, and check on me frequently. was very polite and patient and understanding, when he asked if I didn’t like the food, because I was eating slow. I explained to him that I had weight loss surgery and I eat very slow , he was very understanding which I don’t get often in many restaurants. atmosphere was amazing well. My wings were so amazing and next time I’m in Buffalo I will definitely come back 100%. You have made a fan and a customer for life. thank you again for being understanding about my weight loss surgery.

One of the kindest bartenders I’ve ever met.
This bar had a fantastic selection of beers. We enjoyed our drinks while watching basketball and hockey. Since I’m not very familiar with sports, I asked a few questions, and the bartender was incredibly patient—explaining everything slowly and clearly, knowing I was a foreigner.
When I used a translator, he spoke more slowly to help me understand and even told me my English was great, which really made my day.
He stayed friendly and welcoming the entire time we were there, and even came over to say goodbye when we were leaving.
His kindness made me want to stay in Buffalo one more day.
Also, I have to say—he had a great beard!
(And yes, I used a translator for this too!)

Visiting from Canada and down for an event. After an Incredible weekend we were lucky enough to finish our trip here and catch the Bills game on Sunday afternoon. If you’re looking for a great bar, with better people, some of the best chicken wings in the city, and great deals on beer/drinks – this is the spot. Top priority every time I’m back in town. Thanks JB, Steve, and the whole crew for making us feel at home.

I don’t see any recent reviews so I’m providing one. Wow, the decline under the new ownership is heartbreaking. Used to be our favorite place to meet b4 shows downtown (so we’d be there minimal 10 times a year). We’re a middle aged group who enjoyed a good low key spot to gather and spend a good penny b4 concerts. This is no longer the environment.
Our first time under the new owners was b4 a Shea’s concert in September. The first thing we noticed was the long time bartender, who was friendly, engaging and a good bartender, was missing. Some 50 something bitchy’ish woman was behind the bar. Rough around the edges but got our drinks, took our food order, so ok, whatever. Then our food order took forever b4 we received it. She said she was “training a new girl”. Then some big guy, with a bunch of tattoos and a worse demeanor than the bartender, showed up. Started blaring horrible music, and just generally brought a bad vibe to our experience. They no longer had any decent wine offerings but the rest of my group drink beer, so that wasn’t too off-putting. When our food finally arrived it was still good. We left very disappointed but chalked it up to a bad night. At this point, we did not know there were new owners.
Fast forward to Nov. We went b4 a show at the arena. A new bitchy’ish bartender was working. Still no decent wine choices. Same not nice guy was around for a while and the same heavy/death metal, head banging music was blaring, even louder this time. We had to scream to have conversation. The food was still good. Didn’t take forever this time. The cook was actually a delightful girl wearing her own noise canceling music headphones (I was jealous). This time, we Googled and discovered the new ownership situation. Clearly the new ownership is taking the place in a new (not good) direction. I fear the place won’t survive. The whole thing is a bummer bc it’s been our long time go to place for good atmosphere, good service, and good food at reasonable prices. Sadly, this is no more and we’ll need to find another place. Which isn’t easy in downtown where most of the places are high priced and/or nightclub environments. So be warned b4 you go, if you’ve been b4… it’s not the same as the reviews posted months ago. I work in the hotel industry and won’t be able to recommend this place anymore. This also too bad for out-of-town visitors.
So good luck and good bye. Thanks for all past good times… pre-September 2025 owners.

You want some great beer and wings, look no further! Found this place after Buffalo on Tap, add a decent amount of people there, great atmosphere. Bartender was fearful and took care of me, didn’t have to go searching for him. Great local bar, would highly recommend.

The waiting time for food was more than 25 minutes, taste was okay. Place typically bar like usual. Had patio behind, but we prefer sit patio outside.

The wings here are a well kept secret in the Queen City. With both traditional and highly experimental flavors, you will have a hard time nit finding a flavor. The fresh chips are delicious as well. When I come to the City of Buffalo, this place is a mandatory stop.
