Very good smoked brisket and pulled pork. The beans were very good, not too heavy of flavor, just right. They are now serving hard cider and a nice beer selection too. The service was great, always there when we needed anything.
There are so many interesting collectors items and art pieces to investigate, about 1/3 of the floor space is dedicated to rare motorcycles, art collections, and historical displays and a few vintage games too.
This is such a good quality, unique place, it really needs to be a stop on your tour or Saturday out. My wife and I enjoyed it, and will return to it later this summer.

Pleasantly surprised! We’ve driven by for many years and always say we wanted to try this place but wasn’t sure because the reviews were all over the place. We both had the spare ribs. They were tender and moist and practically fell off the bone. They didn’t even need the BBQ sauce. Really enjoyed the jalepeno cornbread and the potato salad as well. Hannah, the waitress was very attentive. Left stuffed and satisfied. We will be back. Next time we will try the brisket.

First, VERY FRIENDLY service! Meat was pretty good (had pork and brisket). As other reviews state, sides were decidedly average. Was really hoping for fried okra or the like. Jalepeño cornbread was good. A little pricey for what you get. Fun atmosphere with all the motorcycles and memorabilia.

The smoked meat is fantastic! Sides were amazing. Atmosphere is very interesting. Only thing we didn’t like was the disposal dishes. Place feels more classy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are definitely worth it. One of our favorite places to eat when we visit Salida.

Very solid choice. Not the best brisket I have had, but far from the worst. I was surprised by the sides, my expectations were low due to other reviews, but the mac & cheese and potato salad were pretty great. The jalapeño cornbread had a lot of jalapeño flavor with just enough kick; also, an amazing view!

I’m from San Antonio, Texas, and we know BBQ in Texas. This was great!! Brisket was tender, the 2 sauces were perfect. The salmon was very good as well. Highly recommend!!

EXTREMLY good BBQ! I would go 10 stars if I had the option. Brisket that melts in your mouth! Pulled pork that you can barley chew because it melts too. Meat that fall off ribs. You could fee all this to a baby. The sides were spot on. Mac & Cheese had a strangly addicting taste. The mini museum is an added bonus. My whole family will be returning many time again.
