Highly recommend the oriental, the garlic in it was a home run!! It was extremely busy in there and we still got in and out quickly. Friendly staff, definitely a place for regulars. We’ll be back!!
The decor/vibe is Buffalo, NY themed and is perfect. Will absolutely return if and when I’m ever back in the Naples/Fort Myers area
The bar itself has a definite 1980s vibe—so much so that they jokingly describe themselves as an “upscale dive bar.” It’s a fun, relaxed spot with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and lots of easy parking.
The highlight is definitely the wings. They’re excellent—crispy, flavorful, and very Buffalo-style. Pricing is reasonable too: 5 wings for $9 or 10 for $16. Just note that blue cheese will cost you an extra 60 cents per serving.
One thing to know before you go: there’s no hard liquor here—beer and wine only. But if you’re looking for a casual place with authentic Buffalo flavor and great wings, this spot delivers.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit on Super Bowl Sunday was a significant departure from those earlier, serviceable experiences. The restaurant was understandably busy, yet we were seated immediately and initially greeted promptly by our server. That early momentum quickly disappeared. A straightforward order of wings and fries for two took more than 45 minutes to arrive, and after taking our main order, our server was largely absent. No drink refills were offered, and no proactive communication was provided to manage expectations during the delay.
The clear takeaway is that Super Bowl Sunday is likely not the time to visit. That said, this is precisely the kind of occasion a restaurant centered on wings, beer, and sports should be well prepared to handle. It is disappointing, especially given that the establishment has an authentic, appealing atmosphere and there are relatively few strong wing options nearby.
We may give it another try on a less demanding day, as the foundation is there. With more consistent service and better execution during peak moments, this could be a reliable neighborhood favorite rather than a place approached with tempered expectations.
Fresh chicken and amazing toppings with a hint of buffalo sauce. Makes your taste buds go wild.
Thank you to all the wonderful buffalo chips staff. Keep up the amazing work!
I ordered the taco salad, and unfortunately it just wasn’t great. The lettuce tasted like the pre-shredded bagged kind and didn’t seem very fresh. There wasn’t much sauce or flavor, and the meat had a spice profile that felt unusual for a taco salad. That might partly be on me for ordering a taco salad at a buffalo-style place, but it just didn’t hit the mark.
Where things really fell apart was the service. We were there close to 45 minutes to an hour, and we honestly would have been out much sooner if our waitress had checked on us. We never received refills and had to get up to find her to pay the bill. I understand places get busy or short-staffed, but we watched her pass our table multiple times without checking in, which made the experience feel a little strange and inattentive.
The brisket was great, but between the salad and the service, it just wasn’t the experience we were hoping for.
