Just realised I never reviewed Buenos Aires before… very lovely place and the staff are very polite and helpful. Nice background music. The steaks were appropriately cooked. The fries could have stayed a bit longer to make them a bit crispy. We still come for the yummy steak all the time. Keep up the great work

For all you carnivores out there, I’ve discovered a treat for you. Tucked down an alley just of Richmond’s main drag is the Buenos Aires restaurant. Delicious and tender ribeye steak (with a token green leaf… but we’re not here for that are we!?) and fries, worth trying, and my first taste of Provolone cheese and Dulce de Leche cheesecake. I now realise how much meat and dairy I consumed that evening. Nice ambience. Worth a visit. Book ahead.

Had a fantastic dinner at Buenos Aires in Richmond. The steak was absolutely spot on – cooked perfectly, juicy and full of flavour. The mash potatoes were super creamy and went perfectly with it. Service was excellent too, really friendly and attentive without being over the top. Great atmosphere all round – definitely one of the best places for steak in London!

visited Buenos Aires in Richmond and tried the swordfish. The fish itself was very good, but the salad portion was really small and felt like supermarket leaves. I also noticed a large thumbprint on my plate, which showed a lack of attention to detail towards hygiene standards and was disappointing. The lamb was a bit chewy, and overall, the service didn’t quite match what I expected for the price. On the bright side, the spinach empanadas were really nice and tasty. The staff were lovely to talk to.

I had such a great evening with my girlfriend. The food was amazing and the service was excellent and super fast. My waiter was Ed and I would like to thank him for such a great experience. He was very helpful suggesting some of the options on the menu and he was very quick and polite.

Superb all round. It’s as good as hawksmoor and I think it half the price? The service was outstanding, like Dubai level. Everytime I looked around for something someone magically appeared and gave it to me! And on a busy froday night. Really well staffed with high calibre people. I have walked past this restaurant so many times. It looks like a cafe from the outside, I think they need to make it look a little more grand. The experience certainly warrants it. Once inside though it is surprisingly big, very nice and a great atmosphere. I can’t fault it. The steak was brilliant. Now I know its here I will have trouble staying away.
