Welcome to Buena Vista Mexican Restaurant! We are a Family- owned and operated business since 2010. Our first location was opened in Frazer, PA and has expanded in Ardmore, Wayne, Malvern and now in Exton. Our Owner and Chef, Jorge Martinez, puts all his love in each dish that he creates. We use family recipes from Southern Michoacan, Mexico along with some of his creations. We are known for our Cream of Crab Soup, Chipotle Sauce, Mole Sauce, Guacamole and Chipotle Chicken We are family friendly, BYOB (except Ardmore and South St) and with outdoor seating (Spring Garden and South St coming soon!) Food was pretty good! Service, not so great. It was 4 of us, and we split the bill in 2. Both bills got charged an 18% gratuity even though our food items took a while to get, we had to remind them about drinks, we had to ask for silverware and ask for napkins (they gave us 3). The vibe of the place is nice, but the prices aren’t as they are listed. I ordered $8 desserts, yet was charged $12 for said dessert. For this price and lack of quality service wise, I won’t be back.

Excellent home made chicken tamales. And a broad menu. I’ll come back to try other dishes on the menu. Pleasant service. A heads up that the kitchen was slower than I ordinarily expect. But I could attribute that to restaurants being short-staffed during the pandemic.

We had dinner there last night. What a great surprise, I can’t believe we haven’t been there before. The staff and decor is nice, and the food is typical good casual Mexican with more than just burritos, tacos and nachos. This isn’t a fancy or gourmet restaurant, it is s fun restaurant with a well stocked bar and good food.
