We usually order our pupusas here since its closer to where we live, but when we placed an order through the phone, the usual lady will hang us up and didn’t even bother to tell us how long it will take for the order to be ready or ask for my name. I don’t know how these people manage their place.
We called the restaurant back and told them about this issue, they told us that they did but they did not. This will be the last time that I will do business with them.

Worst experience ever, I ordered 8 pupusas, picked them up, took them home and when I’m home I count only 7. I call the restaurant and they say I have to come all the way back so they can count them. I do this and they accuse me of stealing one because the papers were moved. How else was I supposed to count them. I told them to return my money and bought 8 pupusas down the street and received 8 pupusas. Never had anyone accused me of stealing food, I was appalled by this lady’s behavior. People make mistakes, we’re human but instead of owning up to her mistake she acuses me of stealing. NEVER returning to this place again.
