I kept seeing people rave about the garlic sauce, so I had to try it and WOW. I ordered the Churrasco with Mofongo with garlic sauce and it was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best Puerto Rican food I’ve ever had. The drinks were delicious, the portions were perfect, and everything was packed with flavor. I’m so happy I found this place (and that I live just 13 minutes away) because I will definitely be coming back… a lot! Highly recommend! Loved itttttt

I wanted to love this meal because I’m all about supporting local businesses and have had great experiences visiting this truck in person with my family before. Unfortunately, this recent order was a letdown.
The Good:
Steak & Onions: The star of the meal. It was well-cooked and flavorful.
Rice Mamposteao: Very well done and hit the spot.
Alcapurria: Tasty and prepared well.
The Not-So-Good:
The Salad: This was honestly terrible. It was soggy and appeared old/wilted. It only came with a single cherry tomato split in half, which felt like an afterthought.
Tostones: Completely soggy with zero crunch. A traditional toston should have that signature crispiness, but these were limp.
I’m really disappointed because I know this place can do better based on my previous visits. While the meat and rice were good, the quality of the sides made the overall meal feel subpar. I likely won’t be back for a while and will be trying somewhere else next time.
