First time here! This was really delicious Pizza! I had a small order of 4 pc.’s with Cheese, Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Mushrooms and Double-Bacon! WOW! Let’s EAT! It is really great here too because you can eat inside and enjoy the radio or you can come outside and eat on the patio where we can enjoy the sunlight and fresh air while we gobble up our yummy food! If this isn’t enough; I told the guy I was going to be outside on the patio and he said he’d bring it out to me! How cool is THAT?!

‘The Detroiter’ is my ‘go to’ choice. And the anti pasto salad is packed with lots of meat and cheese. (YUM) I have enjoyed my meal each visit. The staff are super friendly as well. I would eat this pizza all the time if I could!

Ordered a 4 sq cheese pizza. It wasn’t ready when I got there, and I had to wait about 10 minutes. The counter was dirty with hair on it. Also, the parking lot was full of snow, ice, and slush. Very hard to walk through & carry a pizza. Guy came from the back with gloves on and was touching the phone, that the cashier uses (she touches money) then the guy went back into the kitchen to continue making food. Katie attended more to the phones than to the customers in the lobby. That’s poor customer service. I’m physically in your store! The Warren location never lets me down. Be more like Warren…

Based on the reviews, I was skeptical to order and was ready to drive another 20 minutes over to another location.
Glad we didn’t! Called in a Detroit Zoo; very polite and confirmed what we were getting. Said 15-20 minutes; husband walked in at 16 min and it was coming out of the oven. Perfectly fresh and hot, all the flavors evenly balanced. It was absolutely perfect.

I ordered a cheese and pepperoni 4 square and a buddy bread only to discover when I got back home that the pizza was cut into sticks… I return the pizza only to have the young boy working behind the counter start laughing and say that he noticed it while it was being cut. Ok so you admit that you noticed the mistake and still sent the food out? What lovely customer service! A manager needed to come out to complete my return and while he was doing that the young girl who made and cut my pizza came out and apologized and again admitted that she noticed the mistake after she cut it. This is now two times that you have admitted to me how much you hate your job and that you willingly allowed the order to be passed out wrong. I have tried this Buddys location 3 times since they first opened and every order has been messed up in some way or fashion. Buddys is not cheap pizza by any means and if I’m going to be paying $30 for 4 slices of za and a small bread sticks one would hope they would at least cut the pizza correctly. The quality here is not Buddys quality and if you pay attention to all the other low reviews you will see this location has not gotten any better since opening unfortunately.

Buddy’s what is going on? I have been a loyal buddy’s customer for over 40 years. Had many birthday celebrations at the location in Warren. I ordered a large pizza tonight using the buddy’s app. Stated my order would be ready in 30 minutes. I immediately received three text messages and the last one stating my order was ready-6 minutes after I ordered. I didn’t know that buddy’s was hot and ready. My pizza crust was stale. It tasted like I stored it in the fridge for a couple days and warmed in oven. Toppings included pepperoni and banana pepper rings so I doubt it was premade. Cheese was dry, no pull at all. I have successfully ordered from this location in the past. However, this time I ate one slice and remaining 7 will go in the garbage. Sorry to see you go buddies, but your pizza is too expensive to throw away.

Food is good. A little pricey. I used to get buddy’s pizza as a kid when I came to visit family here in Michigan. It was more of a sit down place with a server and everything back then. But all the pizza chains have changed. Still love the food though.

Came into store on Christmas Eve. Was Greeted by a Very friendly Cashier. My food was ready and waiting. They were very busy but they all were friendly smiling and kind. There was only 3 people working but they were very quick and helping each other out. Thank you to the wonderful Manager that helped me out her name was Shauna. I appreciated all of them cuz they were stuck working on the holiday, but they kept smiling and working hard. The food was awesome.
