Buddies was such a delicious surprise! I got the Sweet Dreams Acai bowl, and our kids each got small dishes of ice cream.
The employees were lovely, the space was adorable and the food was delicious.
All for a far-more reasonable price than some of the other local ice cream shops. What a great hidden gem!

Super cute little ice cream shop! We stopped there on our way to Sunset Beach. They have a lot of different flavors. I got a banana split and it was gigantic. It seems as though the place gets busy in the evening so prepare to wait a bit.

Buddys is Located inside of woodland village. What a super cute little place. Unfortunately we came after the rest of the village closed at 5pm. But buddys is open until 10pm. We were met by a cheerful young lady. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from, in ice cream and sorbet. I had brownie cookie dough and moose tracks. I wanted hot fudge but they only had chocolate syrup. My husband had raspberry sorbet. Both were delicious and reasonably priced! We will be back again when the village is open and for more ice cream. YUM

I’ve been going to Buddy’s all summer, what a fantastic shop!
The place is clean, everything is fresh and delicious, the menu is creative, and all your traditional (and some newer) toppings are available.
My favorite has been the island acai bowl, it’s a little on the sweet side, but of course that’s to be expected. The milkshakes are great, the ice cream floats are awesome, and the Italian ices are refreshing on a hot day.

Buddy’s is nestled in a quaint little destination called Woodland Village. It’s a group of little shops and eateries connected by paver pathways. Plenty of seating and shade for those hot days. The ice cream Buddys serves is Hersheys (no affiliation with Hershey chocolate) which my family and I always found to be very good ice cream. The portions were good and the staff is pleasant. It’s a great place to hang out and take breather to enjoy a cool treat on a hot day.

this go to spot has quality ice cream, generous portions, the loveliest people and it is well priced. their cozy little cottage shop is located in woodland village, tucked in the shade with plenty of seating. wonderful way to beat the heat! we had the nutty buddy sundae with gummy worms. graham slam milk shake. vanilla with rainbow jimmies.

What a cool little place! Small ice cream shop in the Woodland Village shopping area. The Acai bowls were unreal. Highly recommend coming here and checking all the shops out while you have a bowl.

I went in yesterday to place a large açaí bowl order for school!
They looked amazing and were delicious and every assault people came with a personalized handwritten note!
also, when I messed up they helped me fix it!
