There’s BBQ, and then there’s what we do. Ours starts with early mornings, hand-rubbed meats, and wood
smoke curling through the air before the sun even rises. Every rack of ribs, every slice of brisket, every link of
sausage is tended like family — no shortcuts, no compromise. While others chase trends, we stay true to the
craft: real smoke, real time, real flavor. Around here, fire is our ingredient, patience is our method, and bold,
soulful taste is the reward.

This place is located in Greenwich Ohio. This place was recommended to me and they do an excellent job on the brisket and the pulled pork and their sides were good as well. A very generous portion and it was a $3 up charge for brisket but it was well worth it for a full plate of food that you can eat from twice. Two meats is $15 bucks and you get two sides with it. Only thing they don’t sell ribs. They only serve brisket Friday through Sunday in the menu. I felt welcome and the food was top notch!!! I recommend if you live near or passing by you should definitely give this place a try. If you do let they know Deashun sent you . Thank you

Stopped in for lunch today. I ordered their three meat tray, which comes with two sides. I asked for brisket, burnt ends, and pulled pork. Sadly, they were out of burnt ends so I substituted for their jalapeno and cheddar sausage.
All in all, a positive experience.
The meats were cooked perfectly. The brisket and pulled pork just melted when I took a bite. And their BBQ sauce is quite tasty. It’s pretty sweet, and I wish they had a spicy BBQ option. But it is a solid sauce.
The biggest issue with the sauce is they don’t put enough on the meat. A light drizzle is all you get. I probably could have asked for more, but I try not to stray away from what the kitchen serves.
The sides were fine. The macaroni and cheese had a great flavor. And it was thick, which I really like. The cowboy baked beans were sweet, and maybe smokey? Maybe not. The sausage in them helped them be a bit unique compared to the typical baked beans you get at a restaraunt.
I think my biggest disappointment is there were no pickles, jalapenos, and onions. Every BBQ joint I went to when I lived in Texas came with pickles, jalapenos, and onions. And when I visited Memphis, I feel like it was common there as well.
They also had some cookies. $4 for two, which is expensive. But they were REALLY good. They were the lightest and softest snickerdoodles I’ve ever had. Absolutely loved them.
For Ohio BBQ, this place is solid. Would be a tough sell though in bigger BBQ states like Texas or Tennessee.
That being said, my belly is full and I’m feeling happy about my meal. So that’s good enough for four stars.

UPDATE!!!! We went back because the pulled pork was sooo good the first time. I ordered the 1 meat (pulled pork) with baked potato and green beans. Much better than I remembered and the portion of meat was awesome!!!!
Can’t wait to go back.
‐—————————————————————-I ordered the 2 meat meal. The pulled pork was amazing. So tender and flavorful. My second choice was chicken. It was OK but the pulled pork was just too good. My sides were cold slaw and cheesy potatoes. All around a very tasty meal. Definately will return.

My wife and I both had the pulled pork with Mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes and she had the coleslaw too. This was horrible. The pork was mostly fat and carbroiled rock hard outside peices that just were too hard. No ribs. No brisket except on weekends… its hard to belive this is a “bbq joint”. The mac and cheese was ok, I had better at KFC. The cheesy potatoes were very very salty. I was throughly disappointed when I began eating. The restaurant in theory should be a absolute hit but I am afraid its a swing and a miss.

The food is great, the servers are great….. Definitely some things to be adjusted though. Unsweet tea is served from a bottle, they have been out of fresh fruit the last two Saturdays we have been there. The first time they did call back and give other options. Today I showed up and they did not have any and we had to wait an extra 10 minutes on tater tots. And make sure you ask for syrup if getting to go order because it may not come with.

A hidden gem! My god, this food was DELISH! I ordered 3/1 meat dinners to go. The pulled pork was outstanding, burnt ends were top notch, and the jalapeno cheddar sausage was on point! Sides were just as good! Price was affordable, too! I’ll DEFINITELY be stopping again! Kudos!
