Awesome 50’s style diner. Ive been to dozens similar and although the service wasnt anything too exciting it was adequate and the food more than made up for it. They didnt mean bad just werent the quickest and seemed understaffed although it wasn’t that busy either. Cheese curds and malt were awesome, burgers just melt in your mouth.

Wow! Our burgers were better than our favorite place back home that we’ve been to for decades. Great fries. Yummy ice cream. Baked goods to take with. How can we get up here more often? Service was very attentive. I noticed that the wait staff busied themselves with tasks like napkin/silverware rolling instead of staring at cell phones like they do back home when they had a chance. Prices? Great! Highly recommend!!

We came here the Saturday of Memorial weekend. The food was decent it’s a very traditional burgers and shakes kind of joint.
They were staffed very light for the holiday weekend and were having a lot of trouble keeping up with the number of customers they had. Our server told us multiple times that he was the only one on staff so “be patient”. That being said the service was fairly slow.
However, everyone was very nice and towards the end of the meal the owner was pitching in bringing out food and taking orders to help. She came over to apologize for the service time.
It was a good experience but not great because they were so short-staffed. I would recommend if you are looking for a good burgers and shakes joint.

These people closed the doors to their business and didn’t pay their employees. I gave informed her alleged new employer ( Kwik Trip) of her underhandedness and theft. Delores and skip janes are not to be trusted. They will lie to you and steal.
