We really enjoy this local restaurant. The food is good, and they’re very willing to adjust. I wanted to substitute tofu in my Kung Pao dinner, and the cook was quick to adjust. It came to me seasoned well and the flavor was great. Prices are average to the area, with lunches still under $10. Portions are big.

Stopped for dinner one night. The people working in the restaurant were nice. The food was very average. The price was a little steep for the quality of the food. I remember we ordered dinner combinations and the portions were a little light for the price. The restaurant was clean and the staff were nice, but I don’t know if I’ll be back.

This is our first time eating here, we did a take out order the food is nasty ham fried rice is very dry no seasoning at all no ham, the sides taste like they where pre frozen the orange chicken has a nasty taste and texture my first impression of this place is to make sure we never eat here again! Absolutely waste of money no one cooks a so called fresh meal in 10 min all we kept hearing in the back is a microwave opening and closing didn’t expect it was our food being heated up disgusting .

Over all the food was alright, I ordered the broccoli and beef, it tasted off sadly. The egg drop soup doesn’t have enough seasoning either. If you’re looking for quick and easy this is the place, if youre looking for quality you’re gonna run into some 50/50 here.

The food was yummy. Nothing out of the ordinary, but good, basic Chinese food. Service was super fast! I was really impressed with the speed. We were also the only people there, which probably affected it, but it was still great!

We’ve been there twice lately we went for lunch and the price to serving size was perfect. Both times we went it was not very busy. The second time we went was a dinner time. The food was very good, very fresh and the flavors are great! It’s a little Mom and Pop place and it doesn’t have very many workers. But they took good care of us. The first time I got Mongolian beef for lunch and the second time for dinner I got kung pao chicken. It was really good. Prices are amazing for what you get. Lunch prices are under $10 and dinner prices $11 to $15

We have been here several times with friends. Although we don’t live in Kaysville, it is definitely worth the drive for this yummy Chinese food! One of our favorites is the Dry Fried Green Beans with Pork. My husband and I shared it as a side dish tonight. The sauce is tasty, and the beans are still a bit crispy. The pork is tender and flavorful. We love it!

Review based on name. This experience did not leave me desiring to have a Buddha Belly. The fresh spring roll were deep fried and oily inside. The oily residue normally happens when either the oil is old or the spring roll was thawed soft before frying. Crispy but oily.

The egg drop soup is on the bland side. Not to be desired.

The fried rice and lo mein is missing a lot of expected vegetables. The rice were dry instead of soft as if it was air dried. I would wanted to see snap peas and mushrooms on my lo mein but this one was missing it. The shrimps were thin and not plump. The sauce were okay.

This experience could’ve been better. Buddha is on a diet on this serving.

Quiet and empty, the place is small and run by a Chinese family. The food was okay and was similar to dishes from other Chinese places. The dinner portions were very small (for the hefty price) and included the main entree, warm (not hot) egg drop soup, rice, pot sticker, egg roll, etc. Some popular Chinese restaurants I go to give out so much food that you’ll have plenty to take home. Unfortunately, not this one so we likely won’t be back.

My wife had chicken with snow peas, it’s her favorite dish at any Chinese restaurant but at Buddha Belly the sauce was very dark and had a burnt taste to it. I had sesame chicken the sauce was good but the breaded chicken was rubbery, not good at all. On our dishes we both got ham fried rice; this was the worse thing of our meal the rice was stale, the vegetables in it were old it was as though they cooked it a week ago and warmed it up…. gross!

Service; the man gave us the menus as we walked in and told us to sit anywhere, we did. He didn’t ask what drinks we wanted and just gave us water. We waited 10 minutes to order but that was because he went to the restroom. Funny thing he had the ordering tablet with him in the bathroom.

The atmosphere; we were the only people there and the TV was playing CNN the volume was too high and then the man & woman was arguing about something but we didn’t understand because they were speaking in another language.

We will not be coming back.
