I absolutely LOVE this place but today was where I draw the line. My ribs look like thin pieces of steak. Ribs are supposed to have meat on them and this is the bare minimum! Then to make it even worst, the lemonade was water. No literally like flavored water. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money on this. How could you all even let these go out?!

Folks Looks like I have found a Diamond in the Rough for Great Barbeque Yes indeed this place is definitely a must stop by to enjoy some great food. Now parking is limited so be patient if you go during lunch time because it’s packed with lots of customers. Absolutely worth the time to stop by and enjoy some delicious food

For many years my favorite thing has been the sweet potato crunch, but for some reason the last 2 times I bought the large pans of sweet potato crunch, there have been a bunch of cubed pieces of sweet potato that were undercooked and not mashed.
Maybe it’s just a personal preference but their sweet potato crunch wasn’t like that until recently so it feels weird to chew those undercooked cubes of sweet potato. 🙁

I had sampler platter with mac and cheese and sweet potato crunch. One was as delicious as the other. Loved BBQ sauce, tasty but not overbearing.
The young men at the counter were extraordinarily patient and nice as my friends and perused the menu.

Delicious food and quick service made this a great pick for bbq. We enjoyed the pulled pork, ribs and chicken. All had a great smoked flavor. The sides were delicious as well with the sweet potato crunch being the highlight. Give Bucky’s Bar B Q a try if you’re in the area.

Get the pork plate with mac and cheese and sweet potato crunch. Be sure to ask for the hot sauce behind the counter and add a dash of seasoning from the cup at the register, if you like to spice things up. It tastes just as good as it did when I was a teenager, and the smell of that smoker from Roper Mountain Rd. always reminds me where to go for a great plate of BBQ.

Ribs are best I’ve had and I’ve had a lot. No sauce required. Lean and flavorful. Dry rubbed. Pulled pork great as well with the sauces. Mustard based and the vinegar based. The owner bated me with one free bone because I said I couldn’t find anyone who could beat my own. He’s got the ribs figured out! Great experience! THANKS!

Some of the best BBQ ANYWHERE….pulled pork was fresh and delicious. I also loved my green beans and slaw. Drove down from Hendersonville, NC to eat here and it was definitely worth the trip.

Wow, is all i can say.. the best BBQ ribs i ever had, drove by this place many years and decided to stop by for lunch today. Im glad I did. Pleasant staff and friendly.. great atmosphere and food was hot… I actually went up for seconds for the ribs… great place in my book…
