Among the best pizza we have had! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the gluten free pizza option. They were short staffed both times we were there and waited about an hour for food, but the food and atmosphere made up for it!

We came to Dayton to ski at Bluewood for the weekend. After a hard day on the slopes, we decided to try somewhere new. The wait was almost unbearable. We even considered going somewhere else but we had 4 children and the hangry was setting in. The food was acceptable for the small town that it is but it would have been a better use of our time to drive to Walla Walla, eat food, and drive back to Dayton than come to this restaurant.

Great food and amazing service. Great craft beer selection as well as wine. I would encourage everyone to stop in and have a meal and a drink and welcome the new owners! I’ll be a regular patron for sure! UPDATE: I’ve been to alot of Pubs over the years and the welcome you’ll recieve and the way the staff interacts with you is priceless… and of course, don’t forget the food…

The beer was cold and delicious. What ended up blowing me away was ordering the Woodsman pizza, which was far better than expected. I should have known the food was legit when I saw someone in a Ninja Turtle apron.

This is the old Chief Springs brewery in Dayton. As I turns out I know the new owner! That was a nice surprise. The beer and pizza are just as awesome as they were before. I have to recommend 6 point IPA and the Italian pizza. Always my favorites. Servers are friendly and engaging. They really love their customers and make sure you know it. Outstanding!

Heard about Buckwheat Brewing in Dayton, WA and decided to check it out. What a gem! The beer and pizza were amazing. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Kayla was awesome! Even though they were super busy, she made sure we were taken care of the whole time. The pizza was killer, the wings were seriously good, and the beer was ice-cold — exactly what we needed. Way more food, way cheaper, and tasted way better than the pizza place across the street. Best place to eat in town BY FAR. I’ll definitely be back next time I stay in town. Great pizza, cold beer, and awesome service — can’t beat it!

Friendly service, great pizza and sandwiches, and cold beer. My personal favorite is the Combine Red. The stout and the Scottish ale are good, too!

I just had the best spicy Chicken Sandwich I have ever had! The home made Buffalo sauce is awesome. They need to bottle and sell it. I was on two wheels so I didn’t try their beer. Maybe next time! The owner and his wife were very pleasant. Will go there again!

The Margherita pizza was very dry. It basically consisted of pizza crust topped with fresh chopped tomatoes and basil and sprinkled sparsely with a few shreds of uncooked cheese. It lacked tomato sauce , cooked tomatoes, melted mozzarella and parmesan. Very disappointing.
