Amazing customer service and they give you so much food! Literally, 2 meals easily fed my family of 4. The quality is top notch! Highly recommend. Definitely our family go to for teriyaki. Owner really cares about the customers and workers.

ID say change your style of cooking your guys spicy chicken. You gius have multiple negative reviews especially your spicy chicken.

As stated by other reviews your chicken is over cooked…big time almost to the point of being rubbery. Your chicken almost resembles those Chinese Peking smoked ducks but way dryer. The sauce is over powering because and they wok it into the chicken wich makes it so dry. For $16 you better know how to cook spicy chicken. I was skeptical going here because of the name honestly and I was right. Anyways you’ve been warned!
Wait time is ridiculous for such a meal.
Very disappointed in this place.

Had spicy chicken teriyaki, large portions, flavorful. Came with a salad but was cabbage however the dressing that came with was very good.

The tall Asian guy is always smiling even tho I’m pretty sure he works 16 hr days. Portions are hefty as well. I can get 2-3 meals out of 1 box sometimes

This is my go to for Teriyaki in Kent. Delicious, generous portions for an awesome price. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I usually get the chicken teriyaki, general tso or Mongolian beef. Everything I’ve ever had is always amazing tho. Hidden gem if you are on the east hill.

The guy in the counter is a cool guy, so 5 stars on service…..but food I got was mehh….went in the morning around opening time and got a spicy teriyaki and the chicken was hard, most likely reheated left overs from day before……I recommend BUXX TERIYAKI, the best hands down

I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box (B1) that comes with rice, Prawn Tempura and California Roll.

It was good just wished the teriyaki meat was a bit juicer. A lot of the pieces were hard… maybe cooked a little too long but I would definitely order again.

The 1st time in person, the bomb. Order on dash, dry. Went in person and asked for refresh, “We cook when ordered!” A LIE… It was ready by the time I came outta the bathroom and the chicken was dry as heck, gyoza really greasy, cooked twice and MY BUTT IS RAW FROM POOPING ALL NIGHT UNTIL 11AM THIS MORNING. 9/14/2024…. 12:07 pm. Josh, the guy who runs the front of the the house, is exceptional at his job. He has a very positive attitude, knows his repeat customers, is knowledgeable about his menu, and communicates well with the back of the house. The food was phenomenal, and the portions were huge. I will be back!
