A Gem in New Richmond… Lots of ambiance and really good food, attentive service.
We had the poutine starter and brisket platter, was nice enough to split it as my wife and I split the plate…….the side was Mac n cheese. My daughter got the brisket sandwich with fresh asparagus., Everything was scrumptious and the brisket was juicy and awesome. I preferred the sweet homemade barbecue sauce over the vinegar based which was way too vinegary for my taste…the homemade Mac n cheese could use a bit more creaminess and bacon crumbles, but hey I’m a Mac n cheese connoisseur.
Excellent beer prices $4 on up and good drink prices as well, wine Etc.

We’ll definitely tell others about this place. And eat there again sometime soon!! It was a cold rainy afternoon. The only thing that could have made it even better would be a wood stove in the center of the room with that nice smoky smell and warmth!

The food is Always fantastic. Love the atmosphere. Huge Bourbon selection if you like bourbon and they even have a bourbon Club once a month on Friday nights! The food is great and the service is always wonderful. Truly a gem!

First time at Buck’s Riverside Grill was amazing! Our server Ashlee was outstanding and so much fun. The food was absolutely delicious. I had their Cuban and my wife had the brisket wrap and they do not skimp on portion size! Sitting by the window overlooking the river is our kind of atmosphere and they nailed it. 10/10 would recommend and we will 100% be back!

It’s nicely decorated. The customer service was fantastic fast and polite! We had the baby back poutine (not pictured. We were too excited to eat it) mac and cheese grilled cheese, and we had the big buck burger. Everything was delicious. Also, they had the BEST portion to price ratio I’ve seen in a while! It’s a bit off the beaten path, but it’s definitely worth it!

Lawd have mercy y’all…the food here will literally have you wanting to be eternally hungry. I had pulled pork and waffle fries, but ordered onion rings in between…it’s heaven on a dang plate. Go get you some!

One of our favorite restaurants ever. I wish I could give them ten stars. The entire staff is great, but we always ask for Grace, our favorite. She’s attentive and helpful (they all are), with a wonderful disposition.
We’re working our way through the menu and everything has been wonderful. They smoke their own meats, make their own sauces, and even bake the bread.

Just go! You won’t be disappointed! The food is made to order from scratch and is superb. The bourbon is excellent. The service is as well. Robin (owner) is friendly and works very hard. Julie and Ashley (servers) are super friendly and engaging. The view of the Ohio River is great too! Did I mention the food and bourbon?!

We’ve been here a couple times. Food is always good and reasonably priced. This is a hometown restaurant so we try to show local support! We will definitely go back again and again.

We’ve lived in New Richmond for several years and finally decided to try Buck’s.. my husband ordered the ‘Big Buck’ which is a burger with pulled pork. We carried out and once home realized they left the pork off the burger (which is a key component to this sandwich). Luckily we live nearby and when we called they offered to make a new burger or give us a side of pork which we chose… But we still had to make another trip.
Aside from that, the food was great! Highly recommend the brisket.. It’s to die for! (It’s “bucking” delicious!!) The mashed potatoes are definitely homemade and yummy! The sweet potato fries weren’t great..maybe would have been better fresh but again, we had to make another trip. They have a wide variety of other menu items as well.

Julie was a great server. I really liked this place. I got the cod sandwich. It was great. Boyfriend got the brisket and tenders. Loved the brisket said the tenders had no seasoning. They looked like they had no seasoning but still looked good quality and hand breaded. Over all was great. Great drinks as well. And the prices are super reasonable.
