So I have ordered from Bucks several times wanting an experience that I had the very first time.

Very disappointed with our experience at Buck’s Pizza. Charlotte, the manager, was completely dishonest and unhelpful. When I picked up our order, she only opened the box of cheese breads. She did not go over the contents of the salad, which was in a completely sealed bag. When I got home, I discovered all I had was a container of romaine lettuce, cheese and two dressing packets, no croutons, no toppings, nothing else.
I immediately called to get the issue resolved, and Charlotte told me there was nothing that could be done. Then my husband called while I was listening in, and she blatantly lied to him, saying I had verified the salad contents before leaving. That is absolutely false. Check the cameras please.
We won’t be ordering from here again. Upper management needs to take a serious look at who they have representing their business. This is not how you treat paying customers, and it’s definitely not a good look.

If i could give it a 0 I would!!! The pizza was terrible and all the toppings just slide right off!!! The chicken parm was WAY overcooked, slimy watery noodles, worth over $20? ABSOLUTELY NOT. How do you mess up spaghetti? And they dont do refunds, even if you dont take a single bite. Sounds like they’re expecting people to bring back their CRAPPY food and they’re scared of going under so they dont want to give you your money back. I’ll be waiting for the day you shut your doors. 0/10!!! What a sad business. DONT GO HERE! LET THEM GO OUT OF BUSINESS! it’ll do red bank a favor.

Absolutely amazing food!
Order was ready fast and hot. Stromboli was plenty of meat and not too much crust. Pizza was delicious and not too greasy. Cheese sticks were a great combo and the extra cheese was great and again not too much crust.

The pizza started out really sweet but as you get closer to the crust, it oddly gets better. The crust and breading was great, the toppings were good.. the marinara tasted like it was store bought if im going to be honest. The price was a bit much for a medium pizza. Overall it was good but not the quality I would expect for the price and size we got

I ordered a Belly buster Buffalo chicken pizza, extra hot, extra bacon, chef salad and a large cheese pizza 65 plus tip Get home and I end up with a bacon, chicken and cheese. Pizza was no hot to it. I’m blown away. Everyone ate of course busy day tired didn’t wanna cook. Definitely won’t do this again bucks. You have disappointed me.

Final Edit: This place is a roller coaster in quality. It really depends on who’s in management. They declined when first bought out in 2023, improved in 2024, and now it’s truly abysmal.
Twice now they’ve straight up lied and said someone came and got my order (it wasn’t even paid for) Orders in general take an hour no matter what it is, or they don’t even start on it until you arrive. There is 0 incentive or care.
If their prerogative was to have less customers, they achieved it.
I loved their strombolis too so it does suck, but the stress of knowing that you’ll basically be waiting an extra 40+ min every time you order no matter what or that they’ll just pretend someone took it is a huge deterrent.

Fried mushrooms were once again amazing. My daughter got a chicken parm sandwich that she loved. Bloody Mary’s were good, but there was only a bartender for the entire lunch service.
Seems like there could be at least one waitress for lunch serve ice.
On the way out I asked the owner about it. He shows no respect for the people who work so hard to make him look good. In the future will go have my Bloody Mary at the bar while I wait on my take out.!
We went to Lake Murray Bucks pizza. The bloody Mary’s were good. The fried mushrooms, off the chain amazing. Wait staff was exemplary. Took a really long time. Only seemed to be 2 waitresses for entire restaurant. I understand they’re working it out. They didn’t have the chocolate milk my Grandbaby ordered. No juices.
My daughter’s ravioli was so good. The chicken fettuccine was disgusting. Brought home a to go order of a steak sandwich for my man, which he loved! They got this! Promised better fettuccine in the future and I believe them!

I’ve ordered occasionally from here for the past 4 years that I’ve lived here. I live 5 minutes away from this location, so its convenient for delivery and pickup orders. The pizza is good and the ingredients are good quality. However, they recently changed their pizza sauce, and it tastes different in a bad way in my opinion. In the past I would order meatball subs from here, but there was always something wrong with them when I received them; almost every time I received one the meatballs were crushed up (like completely crushed up and then applied to the sub), a couple times there was barely any sauce or cheese on the subs. Now, onto the service review. The ONLY good thing I have to say about their service is that there’s an older woman who works the front counter occasionally, and she is the sweetest lady. The customer service that I have received from the rest of the staff has been subpar or downright atrocious. Make sure you place your orders way ahead of time, I’ve only placed 2 orders that were ready within an hour of them being placed. Whether they were pickup or delivery orders, 99% of my orders have taken over an hour, and sometimes closer to 2 hours, to be delivered or ready for pickup. There has been a couple of orders that I’ve placed that have been large orders, due to having people over, and I completely understood when it took a longer period of time to prepare and deliver those orders, but I did not appreciate the delivery drivers (it was a different driver for each order) talking about it being such a large order, acting like it was a problem I ordered so much, and essentially seemingly trying to make me feel bad for ordering delivery for a large gathering. Mind you, I ALWAYS tip over 25% on large orders and at least $10 on very small orders, for driver tips, so they definitely weren’t being rude due to not getting a decent tip, and solely because of my order being large. I’m sorry, but if I place an order, tip well, and then don’t receive my order for 2 hours or more, the driver should have enough professionalism to, at the very least, not be rude. I haven’t ordered here in a little while, due to all of the issues I’ve had in the past, but I will probably go back to see if they’ve improved service-wise. If so, I’ll edit my review based off of that visit, and I’ll be sure to leave photos next time.
