I don’t know who got the pepperoni and jalapeño pizza today at 5:15 pm but ol boy in the navy blue shirt and short brown hair reached in that jar of jalapeños bare handed with the pepperoni and made the pizzas also barehanded, so good luck I guess as I walk out with three of my own pizzas

I placed a $50 order tonight for pick up. I was told 30 minutes. I showed up and my pizzas were just coming out. The young man said, just waiting on your salad. My wife reminded him of the wings and tenders. We sat down for another 15 minutes. My wife notice a guy bring back and order that was just handed out. It was OUR order!!! Boxes are not marked. Order is not identified for each customer. I will rate a 3 ONLY because last year, they did A LOT better. 2023 is not looking good so far.

I have previously ordered Buck’s Pizza for our workplace, and had minimal issues for a large order. I tried calling at 11:01AM today, and was placed on a 17 minute hold. When I hung up and called back, the phone rang out with no answer. Big bummer. Food is great but the service is lacking. Went to Pie Hole instead.

Have tried on a number of occasions to place an order over the phone. No one ever answers the phone. This has happened numerous times. The last occasion was on 07/20/23, 7:57pm-8:07pm, phone rang endlessly on several attempts, NO ANSWER.

Time on door says they close at 9pm, online says they close at 9pm. Tried to place a call in order 6 times starting at 8:15, end up driving there and walking in at 8:40 and they say that they’re closed and only filling call in orders. If you’re not going to answer the phone or take walk-ins past 8pm then change your posted hours.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Was ABRUPTLY put on hold immediately when the daughter of the owners answered the phone. “HOLD PLEASE” After 19 minutes, I was still on hold. I walked to the restaurant with my phone STILL ON HOLD. I spoke with the ‘so called’ manager who said “Well we’re busy” So you put someone on hold for 19 minutes. They were completely ignoring the phone light blinking, and I noticed that both lines were blinking.
