The smoked wings were incredible – great balance of smokiness with the vinegar and heat. Our server was attentive and exceptional. Always there when you needed something but never in the way. My skirt steak was oddly sweet, but otherwise well executed. I would get the coconut cream pie again.

We stopped by Buckeye Roadhouse without a reservation and were lucky to get a seat in the lounge/bar area — and honestly, it was perfect!
The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with a touch of historic charm. The old building has so much character, and the food was delicious. From the decor to the service, everything felt thoughtfully put together.
Even without a table in the main dining room, we had a great experience.

I have only been there twice, but they are two of the highest quality, most memorable meals I have ever had.
The service has been top-tier, the seats and tables are comfortable, the booths are thoroughly gangster, and the dessert menu is off the chain.
Now that they are serving brunch, I can see myself traveling up there from Half Moon Bay at least once a month. It is so darn good. I must ask what the heck you are doing reading this review when you could be eating at the Buckeye Roadhouse?

We had a large group and ordered multiple menu items. All of them were phenomenal. The porkchop was perfection. The brisket was perfect. The yams and spinach sides…delicious. Chocolate mousse and s’more pie …to die for. The service was sone of the best. Kind, prompt, etc. We will definitely be back.

Our first time at the Buckeye Roadhouse was a wonderful experience… Food was delicious! Service was attentive. Food was served in a timely manner. Oysters Bingo are fantastic! Similar to Oysters Rockefeller, these are a notch up in my opinion… Sorry my picture of the oysters was after they were eaten. They were so good I forgot to take a before picture!

Incredible smoked meat dishes and the best brisket I’ve had so far. The mac and cheese was also outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy some truly delicious meat.

Absolutely amazing food at a very reasonable price for higher-end dining. Our server, Jordan, was incredible. Warm, hospitable, and truly elevated our experience. He was extremely attentive and quick with service. There were plenty of menu options to suit different tastes. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time, as the restaurant was fully packed even on a Monday evening.
