Our catering division is full service, featuring three distinctly different types of barbecue; “Santa Maria Style”, “Traditional Western” and Mexican themed “El Ranchero”, along with a full compliment of non-barbecue menus. “Santa Maria Style” barbecue began with the Spanish settlement of California well over a century ago, and has become synonymous with great food and hospitality.

I was initially excited when I googled this place and sat down for dine-in. I ordered the cowboy plate which comes with 3 meats( and what I was told) one side. They were out of mac n cheese so I got potato salad. Turns out it comes with beans and you don’t get to make that choice. Additionally I got the beef rib, and it was good but my other two meats were severely overcooked. When I went to ask for something else the person behind the counter said I ate most of the chicken and that they couldn’t replace it. I said if I’m paying $40 for a meal, it better be edible and they relented and got me wings instead. Not cool. Won’t come back. This was a Friday night by the way.

this place was delicious! we got a family 4 pack and all 4 of us were filled up! we even took a small portion to go! wish they gave out more beans, but the ribs were fall off the bone delicious! and the bbq chicken is a must try! and best part in my opinion was the BBQ sauce was not overwhelming at all, you could taste it but it complimented the meats just how you’d like it to.

Nice selection on menu. Try the sirloin tip meat. Cook pretty good had some nice flavoring and a good bite. The pepperoni pizza did not have the generic taste. They have different specials for each day of the week. Friday’s are brisket day. For some good BBQ it’s a whole lot better than those guys with the big yellow sign popping up everywhere.

Great place. Came here with family 6+ people and seating is available outside. Came on a rainy day and the patio outside has changed and it felt great. Food was good and prices were good as well. They offer specials every day of the week on meat. Pizza is what we got so Iguassu this review might belong to pizza chalet that the building is also apart of. They let us rearrange chair to sit enough people in our party outside. I placed a picture of the salad bowl that comes with the family special.

I had the tri tip fries and ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. This place is a combination of Pizza Chalet and Buckboard BBQ. The tri tip was very good and the portions on my fries amazing. First the amount of meat you get at the price is a hella good deal. The pizza taste as good as the first time I had it back in 1989. Outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. Bring back the pin ball games.

The food here was amazing, and the service was phenomenal. The manager was so sweet and accommodating. The beef ribs were so nice and tender and they had a nice kick of spice. I would most definitely recommend 🙂

Came in and hardly any customers were here.., we ordered the delicious tri tip fires and a the roast beef sandwich. More people started to come in, and we did get the tri tip fries, but it’s been about 45 minutes and we’re still waiting for the roast beef sandwich. People are already getting their orders that came in way after we ordered…. I asked twice and they were “still working on it”. The photo below is how it came out… I’m pretty sure we won’t be coming back.
Not sure if typically the roast beef sandwich come with a burned bun?

I was looking for a place at the last minute because the plans for my non-profit group fell through. I ordered 16 lbs of tri-tip on Friday for a Sunday pickup and it was amazing! Everyone at the luncheon loved the meat! It was tender, the seasoning was great and they even supplied us with barbecue sauce. I am definitely coming back here!
