Bought the Wisconsin Supper Club Booklet and this was our first try…and it did not disappoint! Saturday night, totally packed, but lucked out on a spot at the bar. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely stop again! Prime rib was great, but the Northwoods old fashion… Fantastic!

Really nice place to go with family and friends. Bar area when you walk in, along with eatery area in the back and upstairs. First time there while visiting family in WI. Started with cheese curds and Brussels sprouts and the fish. And steaks were really good. We also had awesome service.

Best food I’ve had in a memorable while. Made my birthday celebrations all the better. Morgan was also a fantastic server and ensured we were well tended to. Top marks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came to the restaurant with my family, there were 10 of us. Our waitress was adorable, attentive and always available for whatever we needed. Our food was delicious! I had a Golden salad with salmon and it was amazing!

Buckatabon nails the classic supper club vibe with a brunch menu that seriously delivers. From perfectly deviled eggs to the honey ham eggs Benedict (chef’s kiss), every bite was spot-on – and yes, the bottomless mimosas absolutely lived up to the hype.

Huge shoutout to our server, Dayton, who went above and beyond and made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. An all-around fantastic way to spend a Saturday morning – we’ll definitely be back.

Prime rib review. Have sometimes been disappointed with this locale, so the great prime rib was a welcome surprise. The smoked horseradish sour cream inspired, the herbs on top of the meat a distraction. Order without. The yorkshire pudding dipped in au jus seriously yummy and not usually available around here. Giant well prepared salt encrusted baked potato. Service good; separate checks ok. Kitschy decor, the banquettes looked inviting. Don’t jump out of your skin when the loon call plays in the bathroom lol

Well, I almost feel guilty leaving this review, because the atmosphere and Service were very good, but I found this place online and drove almost an hour to take my Family out as I’ve been in search of a good Prime Rib. I saw their Buck cut for $65 and while I have never in my life paid this much for a steak or cut of meat, I’m desperate for the taste of a well prepared Prime Rib. I usually order Medium , but due to recent overdone disappointments elsewhere. I ordered the Buck cut 24oz. Medium Rare. When it came out, it looked fantastic at first glance, but the natural reddish hue of Prime Rib fooled me. As I made my first cut, I noticed 2 concerns: there was absolutely no juice on or under the meat, when normally, there is a small pool on top. The cut was also difficult to make and had to actually saw a bit. Again, the meat looked great and came with the au jus and horseradish sauce, but the first bite thru the last bite was extremely dry….. no juice at all and I would dare say , actually cooked at minimum Medium Well or maybe well. Yes, it’s pink, but there is nothing close to rare and soooo dry. I’m extremely disappointed. I did not say anything as I’m so tired of my Family getting their food and now what am I supposed to do? Have it remade and I eat alone? I just stuffed it down. Flavor was fine , but definitely not enjoyable, especially for a $200 Family Dinner which is frankly something I shouldn’t have done anyway. I just hope this honest review helps create perhaps a Quality Control over what’s being served.

I still have no idea how to pronounce it…but it’s one of the finest examples of a classic Wisconsin supper club.

The dining room carries a rustic elegance that captures the Wisconsin aesthetic. Staff is very attentive.

The food was exceptional and the portions were ample.

First time here. We were using a gift card that we got. Nice atmosphere..sat outside which was nice. Drinks were good – a draft beer for my husband and a Cosmo for me. My husband got the 21-day dried aged burger and unfortunately it was overcooked. He was very disappointed as he was really looking forward to having this. I got the Seafood Linguine and it was delicious. All in all it was a good dinner.
