We’ve been eating Buccilli’s pizza since the early 1990’s. Mostly takeout. Pizza is always delicious, toppings are generous and the crust always chewable. Slices are thick so I always use a knife and fork to start and finish by hand. Pizza buffets are awesome and super affordable. Pro tip. Order some extra pizza sauce and spoon on your slice.

I just had the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Farwell Buccillis Pizza. Ordered 2 large thin crust, 1 with 3 toppings the other with 2 toppings. These pizzas were so greasy that when you picked it up the toppings slid right off. You could not pick it up to eat it because it was so greasy and soggy. It was actually disgusting! Was told it would be ready in 25-30 minutes, finally was ready at 55 minutes. Never been so disappointed in a pizza.

We generally order a supreme with a thin crust. The pizza we received tonight was oily, did not have the usual amount of toppings (less than normal) and was very salty.

I love pizza and this is the only decent one near. But BOY have they been dropping the ball. Pizza came not even cut just half a$$ed lines in it to look like it was cut. Toppings were only put on maybe half of the pizza rest was pretty much just cheese with a sliver of topping. Last few years it’s been deteriorating in quality and it kinda blows. Really hope they bring it together soon.
No one answers phones good came 50 min late when ordered 2 1/2 hours ahead had to talk through a app since the restaurant has such bad communication. Which would be understandable if someone atleast told me what was going on. Order was given wrong , sent back (they asked for it back after a finger was put in since it looked like normal sauce and I checked before eating it but whatever maybe they need it for evidence) made mine gave mine to the wrong address then never informed me that it had to be re made. Then I get maybe 10 chunks of pineapple and not even ham on the whole pizza. Just in huge chunks on some areas.

My wife and I ordered 2 club subs for pickup. I was told 20 to 25 minutes. I walked into the restaurant 22 minutes from placing my order and noticed an order sitting on the stainless steel rack next to the warmer, not sure if it was mine. There was no one at the counter so I figured someone would be there soon. Three different employees came from the back at vairous times and looked at me, never saying anything. I waited for another 5 minutes before someone came out and asked for my name on my order. She never apologized for the wait. Once I told her my name she said “perfect timing, looks like it just came up.” Once I finally got my subs, placed them in my thermal bag in my car and got home the subs were cold and poorly made. I threw mine out. My wife ate half of hers and threw the rest out. We will drive to Clare in the future.
