DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The service is extremely slow for it being “fast food” and the staff just doesn’t care 11/5/25 I found a fly in my sweet tea (picture below). I understand accidents happen sometimes you’re moving too fast and don’t notice but I work in fast food myself so there’s no reason they didn’t notice it prior to giving it out! Then again 11/9/25 TODAY I found plastic, or whatever it could be in my orange juice (picture below) this is ridiculous!

I came back today and this is what I received for breakfast. One of the hotcakes, im assuming maybe it was broken on the griddle before serving? And then my eggs are burnt. Consistently disappointed in food quality at this mcdonalds recently despite the employees at the drive thru window being very kind.
Please try to improve on food quality.
Previous Review: A little disappointed that my mobile order i placed for plain double cheeseburgers tasted like someone scraped the pickles and onions off, rather than making plain in the first place. Otherwise friendly staff, as I work fast food and understand how it is.

I always do curbside order. I ordered my food at 12.24 at 12.50 I go inside only to see they haven’t started my order very bad customer service so I got my food at 12.55 . Never again will I go to this place again. So much for fast food.

I highly advise just avoiding this place . This is the 3rd time in like 3 months my wife went without lunch because they can’t get a order right… its right on the receipt but the food was far from right. And my wife gets lunch at 1130 so I was there at 1115 so there was definitely no rush hr excuses… then after her lunch and I go to ask for my money back and bring them the food they act like im the problem… no apology no nothing just here hands me receipt

You’ll wait in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes without moving an inch! It’s supposed to be fast food. But here’s the thing – we all know the food isn’t good enough to justify the wait. Move on to a different McDonald’s.

We placed an order online at 8:11 Am, and chose to pick up our order at the counter. We wanted to order inside since we had our dogs in the car, and we didn’t want our dogs to bark at the workers in the drive thru. We went to the doors, but they locked the doors during opening hours so nobody could get in the restaurant. We had to wait in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. Then, we finally get to the first window, and the worker there lost the order that we had already paid for online and argued with us about it, saying it was supposed to be more than what we paid, even though we used points in the app to get a free burrito. She told us to pull to second window after writing down our order again. The lady at the second window almost handed us a completely different order. So we had to explain our order again, only to not get our sauce we ordered with our breakfast burrito, and they had the drinks wrong as well. Never again will we be back here! It is after 9 am and they still have not unlocked their doors!

Feel like I have constant issues at this specific location. Tried to order food, the order was accepted and processing but apparently they were closed and didn’t turn off pick up or delivery for their location, so I drove out for no reason and now have to wait for my refund. In addition to this, one of the managers recently told my friend that he needed to “get a life” for getting his free pies during the monopoly event. Overall just terrible service and environment that isn’t represented at the loves park locations.

Ordered a 10pc nugget meal and got charged $0.19 for a “sweet tea upcharge” since when is this a thing and why? McDonalds and every other food establishment has almost 100% overhead on drinks this is not necessary and quite frankly made me angry.

I hate to do this, but I have to share my experience. I came here on Friday night with some friends and we all wanted to try the new McCrispy sandwich. First of all, the lack of “ranch” for all 4 sandwiches was embarassing. But the best part was the raw meat or whatever you want to call this. I called this McDonalds to let them know what had happened and I spoke with David, who argued with me and said their sandwiches were not raw. I was not saying all of their food was raw, but mine definitely had something going on. I am disappointed with the lack of concern this place has for food and healthy safety. If you are really craving McDonalds, go to the Roscoe one or even a Rockford one! This one is not worth the line it always has.
