Dear McDonalds Management in 11th St,
I came to drive thru around 11:10pm and was told that they are only accepting drink orders. I typically try to avoid coming here at night because whoever the night shift team is, you can tell that they don’t want to work. They will take up to an hour just to give you a cup of coffee or to give you a meal. I only see actual food and actual great service during the day.. McDonald’s management please fix this issue. Take care of your customers that want a meal and also wants service.

I’m from Chicago and just came out here to drop off my daughter, my grand daughter had to use the potty so we decided to get food, worse mistake ever. We were the only ones there and it took over 20 mins to get our food after seeing that they were fully staffed, then we get the food the fries looked like they were refried to reheat and I should know due to I MYSELF BEING A MANAGER at Arbys in Niles, i asked the guy are the fries fresh and he just proceded to lie to my face and say yes.
The service was even worse my large drink wasn’t full all the way so I went to the counter to ask them to fill it the correct way and stood in back of a man waiting also at the counter to get a refill on his coffee which it took over 5 mins for someone to even go attned him, mind you the employees SAW US standing there, the lady with a head set on just kept opening bags and staring at us but never once stopped to attend us.
An employee came in and asked what manager was on duty, that’s how I knew he worked there, he ordered his food and low and behold his food was prepared in 1 min, then he goes to the back, not in uniform pants half way down his pants where his dam boxers were so visible, he starts bagging his food grabbing fries and it was like nothing.
So annoyed to the point that my 3 yr old grandson dauhad to wait over 20 mins for a plain burger happy meal but an employee can get his food A.S.A.P

I have not been to McDonald’s for quite a while. I went to get chicken nuggets one night and I was just asking what kind of sauce they had. The guy that was taking my order the same sauce they’ve had for years. I don’t know what the same sauce they had for years he wouldn’t answer so I said never mind. I don’t want to order. So I continued on as I was driving by, he was sticking his head out of the window flipping me off. Tell me to have a good day.

Was in a rush but needed to use restroom, so I came inside and after restroom I thought would be faster to order at register … I had to wait for a cashier a good 3-4 minutes standing there until I asked a lady if they had a cashier or I needed to order through drive thru .
Later a cashier came with a very ugly attitude and not wanting to take my coupon code … I order the two sandwich deal (egg and cheese on emuff) but she ringed it up wrong she put meat so I asked her to get a new one because I don’t eat pork
Fast forward I ate one sandwich which was cold , but it tasted Smokey .. so I was mad because basically they only took the meat out and gave me same sandwich with cold cheese …
I opened the other one to see if it was the same and boom surprise GREEN EGG.
I obviously didn’t eat it and didn’t have time to go back .
I just threw it to the side .
Went to my appt 45 mins away
Came back from appt 45 extra mins
And my car was stinky like a rotten egg!
I ate one whole sandwich while pregnant and I wonder if it was rotten too and I know sometimes eggs turn green when overcooked or when you cover them .. but why would my car smell like rotten egg after 1:30 hrs of sandwich being inside my car .

First time dining at this location and my last time ever eating here! Food was the worst I’ve had, order was wrong, and tables and bathroom completely filthy. I heard a customer ask for cleaning supplies to clean the table. Digusting!!!!

never thought id be leaving a review for mcdonalds but this location is especially bad. showed up around 10:30pm on a saturday, dine in hours are supposed to be until 11pm but they had already locked the doors. fine- we order on the app and go thru the drive thru. the person at the speaker acknowledged our mobile order and told us we were all set. when we got to the pick up window the entire staff was clueless and said there was no order for us and accused us of coming to the wrong mcdonalds which is not true. they also said they couldnt make a mcflurry but the person at the speaker didnt say anything about that. luckily we were able to cancel the order in the app and get a refund but what a waste of time for everyone

They give me the wrong order, I then tried to call them 7 TIMES, they did not pick up once. I get there and they give me the right order (reluctantly), however, they used the old cold food I give them to make the new order.

Not one to usually write a review. First off didn’t like the fact that Chicken McGriddles are not offered in all of Rockford. Per the drive thru employee. You can tell people inside have zero urgency to get the job done. Seen people inside dragging their feet. Not coming back to this location for sure. Get to the first window to pick up food and see no one for at least 3 minutes so drive up to second window just to be told like a child that “did you move to the second window?”
People take your business to dunkin next door and give them a chance.

Absolutely terrible place to order and was skipped over twice. What’s the point of their mobile services? Absolutely terrible service. Feels like they don’t know what they’re doing. Only go to this location when the other is close and still his appointment
