I wish I could give zeros stars, made me wait 30+ minutes for fries, a coke and a coffee. ALL ordered on the app by so I went to the drive through (which I waited a prior 15 minutes) finally start receiving my order they say they couldn’t make the coffee so they refunded me then give me my cold chewy WAY OVERLY SALTED AND COOKED fries. (Whole time I’m watching employees eating as they walk back and forth in front of the drive through windows laughing and talking amongst one another as the line grew excessively long. Came shortly after this as a door dash driver now, already worried I made sure they gave me all the food after again waiting according to door dash clock 1hour and 3 minutes (7 minutes of which was drive time) They confirmed the entire order was there before they sealed the bag, AND STILL FORGOT OVER 50% OF THE ORDER WHICH REFLECTED MY RATING. I shortly after dropping the food off was informed they forgot a drink and the 13 cookies that were ordered…. Sad this place had so much business going on when the employees generally seemed like they couldn’t care less

Ive been here twice. The first time the lady did not give me the correct order. The 2nd time I came here I sat at drive through for five minutes before anyone greeted me and took over 45 minutes to get my food. Also didn’t get the monopoly peel off sticker on my box.

There are two doors on the side and they say welcome but the one on the right closest to the bathroom won’t open from the outside and there is no sign indicating this. This is right by the handicapped parking making this not handicapped friendly whatsoever. I was also accosted by a guy on a bike asking for money and I could tell he was drunk.

30 mins for a sweet tea and a 6 piece nugget. I threw my food away after I saw one of the workers dip their finger in my sweet tea right in front of me at the window. Absolutely disgusting restaurant!!

Always something wrong at night. Will let you sit at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins after taking the 2 cars in front of you not say anything until you start saying hello, and say they’re closed. (Says 24hours) orders are always wrong and then they argue with you when you try to get it corrected. And you will be harassed by a whole bunch of homeless people in the drive thru knocking on your car

Horrible. Guy at the pay window seems drunk or on drugs can’t decide which one it was that bad. Waited 45 mins for a mobile order and there was only three cars in front of me. Need to start drug testing there employees!
