I like this location better than the other one on 7th Street in Rochelle. The staff is always friendly, they have never messed up my orders, and the overall service is phenomenal. I recently visited this location and had a last minute request for my order and Orionna handled the situation very well. She was very patient, kind, and helpful. There’s another older lady who works in the drive-thru in the mornings and she’s always cheerful and pleasant. Please take some time to honor your staff and let them know that they are doing a great job. Also they deserve a raise! Keep up the good work!

I never give 5 star reviews but this place is a 2 because when I went through the drive-thru the screen had a big crack and we waited for about 10 minutes just to order. I ordered the cheese burger with NO pickles and mustard, but when I looked on my patty, THERE WAS PICKLES! I was furious and decided to do this

The night manager nov 17th 6:30 pm – REFUSED to use a code correctly for the free any size fries with a purchase of drink .
She got all smart with me instantly and said “okay a small fry “ I asked if I could get a large fry for free AS THE APP SAYS I CAN. She told me no. I went to the other Rochelle location and they did it with no issues .
I hope an owner / co owner sees this your MANAGERS won’t honor the codes on yalls app. Going to try and contact corporate about it tomorrow . I’ll be back to use that code again and if I have an issue I’m parking my truck in the drive thru and calling corporate till they use the code.

Food is always worse than surrounding McDonald’s. They are misleading customers into thinking that they have to give a highly satisfied review to get the buy one get one free feedback offer. This should not be acceptable.

This McDonald’s is now under new management and ownership, and the difference is clear. The old owners often served subpar food, but now the quality has greatly improved. The place is cleaner, service is faster, and the food is much fresher. A big turnaround that makes it worth coming back.

We were on a road trip and needed to take a stop somewhere so we went here and we didn’t get anything, but the thing that angered me the most was the atmosphere. The tables were covered in crumbs flys and bugs and even a whole tray was there! There was also garbage on the floor and employees were doing nothing except talking. Last but not least the bathrooms, DISGUSTING! The floor was covered with pee! And toilet seats were falling apart! In conclusion, just go to the Culver’s next door.

Food was cold and nasty, tasting like it had been setting for a few hours. This McDonald’s also seemed a bit under staffed with only 4 employees, though it was not busy it should not have taken me 8 minutes to get extra onions that I requested on my sandwich that they didn’t bother to put any on.
