Picked up food for my family. Waited longer than normal. Had some trouble with the girl getting my order right on the screen. Both things not an issue. The issue is all 3 medium fries were half full and completely cold. On top of that I got the bacon buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and it had no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. It just had 2 pickles and half the sauce in the box. The cherry on top was that all the chicken nuggets were cold except a few. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Normally they do a good job. This experience was bad, truly awful

Everyday my coffee has grounds in it and taste burnt.. so lost business to dunkin donuts.. my family and I get the nuggets frequently for kids partys.. and to find out im gonna be charged for sauce everytime.. ill just make the nuggets at home.. the staff is extremely rude in the morning or I guess anytime. Went in before a volleyballgame and we were forgottenin the dining room.. waited 30 min for our food. Theu seem to only care about the drive thru.. overall never worth going anymore.. the drive to another establishmentand the extra cost for better everything… stopped going and tell others of the poor service

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, and we were second in line. Watched car in front get 8 drinks then 5 minutes later, 5 bags of food while the line was around the corner. 3 cars gave up n went to taco bell.

This McDonald’s sucks.
I ordered mobile curbside pickup on my lunch break. I got there and waited 10 mins then had to go inside to ask where my food was. The lady said it’s almost ready then proceeded to tell the kitchen to make the food 5 different times and the kitchen kept acting like they didn’t know what she was talking about.
They got away with my money.
I’m furious and will never go here again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I live nearby and don’t come often, but I think they’re at a 25% accuracy rate on my last 4-5 orders.
Like driving 10 minutes home to realize you only got half the order, and other times items missing, being told to wait a moment in the extra spots and it takes 25 minutes…then they still get your order wrong.
I have never complained.
The last visit was the last straw. Got a quarter pounder, and it was raw meat inside.
Fresh, never frozen, E. coli containing quarter pounders made fresh. Disgusting.
