EDIT: Unfortunately had to remove a star. The old staff were great, but the new lackadaisical staff just don’t meet the mark. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru only to get the wrong order. Didn’t realize that until getting back across town (that is my fault for not checking). Got the right food, but it was cold and old by the time I got it.
That being said, it’s still just about the only acceptable McDonald’s in Beloit. Just make sure you got the right order before leaving.

This McDonald’s is starting to get as bad as the Madison road one we go here for the play place and usually use the kiosk to order however this time we needed to order at the front and NONE of the employees acknowledged me at all. Not a greeting , not a “be with you in a second” I stood up there for probably almost 10ish minutes. Two other gentleman had walked in, waited for 5 minutes and then walked out without being helped or acknowledged as well. The manager guy in back looked at me and said nothing, and the taller lady with short colored hair and piercings in her face walked past me MADE EYE CONTACT multiple times and STILL never said anything either. Finally we had to start trying to get their attention our selves and STILL were ignored! The lady at the front finally came up to us after saying quite loudly that you had customers actively walking out and leaving due to lack of service. 0/10 do not recommend. Service was awful.

Just save yourself a trip and dont go to this location. Floor is always slippery like a slip n’ slide, food is always cold or missing and there’s not a single good manager. Staff always has attitude and acts like they hate their job more than anything. Receipt paper is never filled for self service kiosks, ice dispencer has mold on it. Had the same guy at drive through 2 times, first time was rude when we corrected him on the order name, it clearly said “Kyle” not Kylie. When we went through the second time he was rude again and then ripped the survey QR code off of the bottom of the receipt so we couldn’t give him a bad review.

So the last 5 times I came here to pick up the family breakfast on the weekend, the order is wrong and missing multiple items. It’s actually impressive how consistently bad they are at just putting the correct things in the bag, it’s so crazy that it almost seems intentional…as crazy as that sounds I don’t know how else to explain the constant mistakes. I’m just going to do carry out from the diner down the road from now on. This turns into a 20-30 minute fiasco every time.

the place full of flies the food extremely salty and greasy tables and floor was dirty I ask like 5 times for Bbq sauce the lady couldn’t hear me because her music was more important then attending the customer (ME) I had to go ask for them to come clean the tables and when I did the two girls there just give me there back and send a guy extremely rude this place needs a whole new employees with better service

If I could date 0 stars for the night service I would, any time we go there during the day the people are great, fresh food, along with fast service. However at night, multiple times the workers lack much of everything. We recover the wrong chicken they emptied the strips box and put nuggets in the box which not only is unsanitary, but also skimped me of my monopoly piece(irrelevant but the principle). They are also very rude and a different time I received my drink wrong and we heard the worker say “yeah dude, I really don’t care” so the fact they know they are wrong and still handing out orders Is astonishing to me. This food is not cheap. Yes it’s my choice for choosing to go here but could we please be a bit more respectful!!

In the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes just to even pay and get my single item a large REGULAR Coke, take a drink while I drive away and it’s a diet. This has happens to me all the time! I try to remember to drink it before I drive off, but I don’t always remember. the service at this McDonald’s sucks! there’s always a huge line in the drive-through and you wait! so now I will have been in this drive-through line a total of 30 minutes because they can’t get one item correct! when you call, nobody answers the phone either

Last 2 visits 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch have taken a min of 25min in the drive thru. Both times were for a mobile pick up. Definitely avoid unless you have the time to sit and wait for a half hour.

I was served cold fries and hamburgers that were not fresh. This is your only job McDonald’s! To serve fresh hot tasty food. I will be reporting this to corporate and hopefully this place will be shut down soon. Please go to Burger King instead and have it your way! F-

I ordered a mobile order. Got to the window to pick my food up. Asked for more ranch. I was told “we do t have any up here it’s in the back, do you still want it?” I’m sorry what? Yes I want what I ordered. I asked for more for our fries which I would’ve paid for and he looked at me like I was stupid and was like “how many?” Irritated he had to make an extra trip. Then proceeded to talk about it to his coworkers like I was asking for too much. Like you’re going to have to bring the box of ranch to the front eventually. It was so lazy and rude. And then he forgot my chocolate milks I had to ask for them and then he proceeded to only give me one so I had to ask again. After I left I called the store because I was really irritated. Grow up
