LOVE our waitress (I’m sorry I forgot her name). Was a surprise for me, but I guess they stored my and my twin’s birthday cakes in their fridge for us and brought it out at the end of our meal to set up, light candles, and sing for us. It was so cute. Favorite birthday dinner spot

We had a fun birthday celebration at the Pope’s table. We had a party of 12 and they seated us at the Pope’s Table for dinner.
We had reservations and waited a little bit to be seated. I did find that our server was attentive at the beginning at the dinner and taking our orders but somewhat disappeared afterwards. Everyone was friendly. We flagged down other wait staff walking by to get more water or anything else we needed a few times.
Food was good. We like the chopped salad and spicy chicken rigatoni dish. The wait staff came by to sing a Happy Birthday song for my mom and it made her feel special.

I had the pleasure of having Tina host our company Christmas party, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive, we never once had to look for her. Our drinks were always full, and the table was constantly cleared of finished dishes. Honestly, you’d think there were three people working, but Tina handled everything effortlessly on her own. That level of service is hard to find these days, she definitely deserves a raise!

Our first family visit to Buca di Beppo was, without exaggeration, the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Despite being the only few customers in the building, we were treated with total indifference and, eventually, blatant disrespect.
The issues began immediately, it took 15 minutes to get drinks because our waitress was allegedly “chasing down customers who didn’t pay.” Things went downhill when we were told they were out of meatballs for our Family Meal. After we declined a sausage substitution, a manager approached us. She was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes at our concerns, and dismissively told us she was giving us sausages anyway. Her “solution” was a $5 discount, which she didn’t even honor on the final bill.
To top it off, the food arrived 45 minutes later, cold and flavorless. We were never offered refills, and the waitress only reappeared to drop the check. This manager needs immediate retraining; her attitude will drive customers away. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually value your business.

Leaving this review for our server Tina. We came here for a work event and had at least 20 people with us and Tina was very attentive and had a great upbeat attitude!

Tina was our server for our first time here. She provided us with excellent service. The food was delicious and definitely family portions. Needless to say for two people we have plenty of leftovers. Next time we come we may need to share a plate…but then again why would I do that! Now I don’t need to cook dinner tonight or tomorrow! You don’t want to miss this little gem. We will definitely be back on another day when Tina is working she was a gem too.

After being at Disneyland for 3 days, we headed to the beach. We saw Buca right off of the 405 and knew we had to stop, so we did. I live out of state and hadn’t been in a long time. I had my mom and daughters with me, so it was my kids first time! They Loved the ambience, the music and photos on the wall are entertaining. Even the elevator to the bathroom. Then, our server, Tina put our experience over the edge! I have never in my 39 years felt so taken care of, so attended to. She helped us make our final decisions on what to order. She made sure my youngest enjoyed a couple Shirley Temples. Tina is like the auntie you dream of… she was so friendly and made sure we enjoyed our time. She went above and beyond!!! Buca needs to hire more people like her! She’s a gem for of love. ❤️ I don’t live close by but we will be going back to that location just to see Tina again! The food was delicious and my kids loved everything they tried. Garlic cheese bread, apple Gorgonzola salad, chicken parmigiana, chicken saltimbocca, and shrimp Rosa pasta. Too it off with the martini brownies ala mode!!! Thanks, Tina, for a meal to remember! We will be back!

Wish there was a star for 4 12 stars this time. The atmosphere is so outstanding. Nice that they can handle large groups.
If the spaghetti factory didn’t have better tasting food overall, and if the staff wasn’t quite as attentive as… The spaghetti factory, I might have put them up to a higher level.

I went in with some coworkers and tried the bolonese popper deli because of our servers and we often share food and it was all so great. And we wouldn’t have tried if Tina hadn’t recommended. Our server was so nice and kind I will be coming back for the service because this day and age servers can be so rude, but Tina was helpful and kept our table cleared. I hate when the server dont come around often. she also kept our drinks filled.
