Our waiter was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome buttt the dinner lasagna was super average… and the noodles in the lasagna were really soft which is personally not my favorite and it’s 37$ for a brick size lasagna so alittle high. It was also a bit high for the calamari but the calamari was cooked pretty good.I just feel like it’s 7-8$ more per item then I think it’s worth as far as the food goes. Also the garlic bread was a 5/10 :/

Decided to give this place a try and well it’s a chain made to look like some old authentic Italian restaurant. Right down to the very dusty decor lol. Our waitress was very good except when she got busy and forgot about us for 15 mins between apps and ordering. Wasn’t that big of a deal we weren’t in a big rush but would be better if we had drinks for the wait. Portions are large and family style. Calamari was oily but was well cooked. The marinara was spicy but great flavor. Salad was huge and their dressing is delish. Pizza had good flavor would prefer it crispier but still very good.

Have always wanted to try this chain. The atmosphere inside is cozy, kitschy, and comfortable. Food was just ok. Service was slow, but the manager stepped in to help when she noticed it was lacking for us. Portions are huge. Two adults and two kids easily split a small entree.

Great family style Italian! Big portions! The dessert assortment place was memorable! They take reservations too. The only thing that was just ok was the garlic cheese bread…pretty basic. Waiter was so nice…lots of room and interesting things to look at!

Great spot right by the airport, so easy to get in and out before or after a flight. A true Italian classic. Stopped in for a quick glass of wine. Bar was “closed” but they let me sit there with my friend and served us. So accommodating.

We had a reservation and were seated quickly, however it took a long time (over 10 minutes) for our server to greet us. We ordered everything, appetizers, drinks, main meal, all at once. The non-alcoholic drinks came out quickly. Then, the main meal came out extremely fast, which was great, but I still didn’t have my drink and the cheese bread we ordered did not come out until after the main meal. Plus, I had to ask again for my drink. The food was consistent with what we have had before at Buca and it was HOT, which was excellent. After we were done, again, it took over 10 minutes for our server to come over to ask if we wanted dessert (yes). About 5 minutes to get the dessert. The remainder (check, clear, exit) were reasonable in terms of time. There were 5 birthdays during our time there, that may have contributed to the slow greeting and salutation, which is the reason I still gave a 4 star rating.

Food was amazing. It was almost empty at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I had to call the restaurant from my cell phone within the restaurant just so I could announce that we arrived at the hostess stand. Nobody up front or at the bar. 1 customer sitting alone bar side. People cooking in the back so I assume they were making take-out orders. Manager I think she was sat us but came to seat us while she was on speakerphone with another customer trying to multitask us. It was absurd we couldn’t get seated from someone not on a phone considering there was only 1 physical customer in the building. Slow start but once we got a waitress she was much more professional and attentive. First time at this location. I’m surprised it’s still even open and operating after pandemic.
