Staying in downtown San Diego and I went to Bubs primarily for their Wing Wednesday deal! The deal was 50% off wings. Got here at 3:30 pm, it was not busy and could easily find a table or place to sit. I ended up ordering an Firestone Walker 805 beer. For wings I ordered 5 Garlic Parmesan and 5 Lemon Pepper. The Lemon Pepper was super super good, amazing rub and flavor. The Garlic Parmesan was ok, great amount of garlic, lots of butter but not too much Parmesan. Both were solid but I definitely liked the Lemon Pepper. It also came with Ranch on the side which was nice. Overall solid place and I know it is a fan favorite before and after the Padres games.

One of the best places to eat in San Diego Downtown. Some of the best Chicken Wings I’ve ever had. Brunch on Saturday and Sunday 11am to 1pm is awesome. Have your ID ready at the door. Allie is amazing.

Great place to watch sports games. Waitress was very welcoming, providing what’s the favorites. We got the wings for appetizers grilled with sauce on the side. They were very good and a nice size. The main course were burgers cooked to your liking. We also got drinks which were very delicious. Definitely try this out for a good sports bar with outside seating as well

We were there 4pm had one of their hamburgers , french fries and onions rings. All of it was super good. Service was quick. We did not have drinks. I would go again. .

Ally was amazing you need more people like her.. we’re from phx and she made us feel like we were regulars!! Food came out quick. Drinks were great.. i recommend 100% the service from Ally and the friendless from the rest of the staff was amazing!!!!

The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They had 31 beers on tap and a full bar. It gets really crowded on game nights. There are healthy options on the menu. We had the cali-flower wings and one of the tots specialties and both were wonderful. Our table was by a window looking out to the patio area.

Went on a Thursday afternoon and the place was lively but not overwhelming. The wings were incredible—lemon pepper dry rub and mild buffalo, both packed with flavor and great quality. The food was so good I didn’t even stop for a picture. Service was excellent with fast drinks, quick food, and an attentive server. Can’t wait to come back and explore more wing flavors and other menu items!
