Let me start by saying, I’ve walked by this place so many times with full intention of trying, but never got the chance. Today I got that chance, and OMG .. This is for the first time that I ate tacos with boiled chicken with no seasoning at all. Guacamole was stale and you could taste the bad flavor. Cheese was not

Please explain how you are paying 11 $ for 3 chicken floutas & the chicken is literally defrosted Tyson grilled chick strips, no seasoning besides the crema sprinkled on top- THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR .. I should have followed my gut by how unpleasant the cashier was to stay away, far away. Ruined my night man , I really needed a Mexican dish.

My first time trying and now I know after growing up in downtown why I never went there. The prices are not what’s shown on the menu or menu board. The customer service was horrible. Owner was very dismissive as if he was doing me a favor. $16 for a burrito that barely had meat. I asked for salsa and he said it’s inside. I asked for a small salsa like the size they would give ketchup in at a diner. He said $1. Is he crazy? I told him that wasn’t the greatest first impression and he shrugged and said have a good day! I will NEVER go back.

Woah this place is actually great. It’s been so long since I’ve found decent food but this is really delicious. The pricing is fair and everything it says you get, you get. I ordered soft tacos with steak, plenty of toppings and you taste all the flavors. For my partner they ordered Cajun chicken quesadilla and you get several sauces on the side. As well the mango, pineapple and banana smoothie and chocolate slice of cake. Everything was flavorful, warm and cooked perfectly. Ordered at 8:57 store closed at 9:45 and I received my order through Uber eats at 9:50 ish. So impressed! I was skeptic but very happy I ordered. Thank you for your work!

Customer service is poor. Food was not tasting good and over priced for a small portion. I did not get a fork or napkins and when I asked the young boy said to me he put in the plastic bag. Food is not worth it do not go to this place unless you wanted to leave upset!

These Burritos taste like gentrification. Bubby’s use to be so so so good! Unfortunately, the one thing that made you overlook the terrible customer service is now unseasoned and over cooked. The only unrelenting constant is their customer service or lack thereof.

Foods fine, not the best or worst mexican I’ve had and at an okay price but to call ground pork carnitas is a sin.
Customer service was pretty terrible. Uninterested teenager behind the counter started ignoring me mid order when their family walked in, and then proceeded to forget about me for 15 minutes while they yukked it up with grandma. Pay attention to your customers.
