Delicious and fresh food/drinks. We ordered the French toast, lolita salmon eggs Benedict, waffles, and the crab seasonal Italian omelet. French toast was 10/10. Omelet was 8/10, was missing a little bit of salt and flavor, could’ve used a little salsa or sauce. Eggs Benedict 8/10: the hollandaise was made with champagne which is personally not my favorite. The orange juice was fresh and the atmosphere was so nice. Prime example of dont judge a book by its cover. Outside of the place and the overall plaza didnt look super inviting but the moment you step in, its like you are in a 5 star resort. A bit pricey overall, expect to pay around $100 depending on how many people you come with and how much you order. Overall I would come back, the server lady was super nice and accommodating.

I took my family to have lunch on the weekend. We order BLT sandwiches and we order hamburgers and french fries. It was not busy. There were maybe three other families there. It took a little bit for the sandwiches and the hamburger to be done. I was looking for horchata since it’s a Mexican restaurant. I was surprised the only thing they had was soda and alcohol to drink. I don’t drink and I don’t drink sodas either. My BLT sandwich is what’s okay bacon, lettuce and tomato. My husband and my daughter’s had hamburgers with french fries. The atmosphere was a little bit too busy. I think what made it worse is the floors. Too colorful. I guess the reason they had it that way is to cover when the floors are dirty. We were told that they will have More choices for drinks and food later and they will stay open longer hours. Not just breakfast and lunch. After we left I told my husband the BLT sandwich was ok. But again, it’s only bacon, lettuce and tomato. Later on that evening we all got sick . And that was the only thing that we ate. I was still hot upset stomach. The next day my husband ‘s symptoms lasted for 2 days.

Exquisite chilaquiles rojos with a perfectly cooked side of steak, and the fried plantain for dessert was the cherry on top. Truly the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! ️

Got the “Oaxaca Morning” dish and the arranchera steak on top was delicious! I want to try the Loco Moco next time. Will definitely be bringing the boys here for Sunday brunch when they are in town and will be returning myself as a Petaluma local fosure! The fresh squeezed orange juice in the mimosas was to die for. Service was a little slow (didn’t get my water/coffee refilled once while I was eating, but that can be easily fixed!) but still 5/5 service. We were given the rundown of the menu and the story of the restaurant from the owner when we were seated which was nice of him!

My sister recommended this place and raved about the Loco Moco, so of course I had to try it. We lived in Hawaii for 20 years, so we’re very picky, and honestly, we had never found a truly good Loco Moco in California… until today.

The Loco Moco at Bubbles & Delights Café is out of this world. The flavor, the balance, and the way it’s prepared are incredible, dare I say, even better than some of the ones we had in Hawaii.

The service was excellent, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. The homemade spicy salsa is a 10/10 and takes everything to the next level.
Everything we tried was delicious, and I couldn’t resist finishing with their fried plantains for dessert. Amazing!
The location itself is big, open, and airy, with plenty of seating and lots of free parking, which is always a plus.
Overall, it was an absolute pleasure dining here. We’ll definitely be back.

A Hidden Gem in Petaluma: Feels Like Home

If you’re looking for a spot that combines world-class flavor with the warmth of a family kitchen, Bubbles and Delight is it. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting and genuine—it truly feels like coming home.

The Food & Flavor
The menu is a masterclass in balance. Every dish we tried was bursting with fresh, intentional flavors. It’s clear they don’t take shortcuts here; the ingredients are top-tier, and the execution is flawless. Whether you’re there for a light bite or a full meal, the “delight” in the name is well-earned.

The Dream Team: Chef Deb & Uriel
The real magic, however, comes from the people. Chef Deb is a culinary powerhouse, bringing a level of passion to the plate that you can taste in every bite. Complementing the kitchen is Uriel, whose hospitality and attention to detail make the service feel personal and effortless. Together, they have created something truly special in Petaluma.

The Verdict:
Amazing food, incredible people, and a vibe that makes you want to stay all afternoon. This is easily some of the best food in the area.

Pro Tip: Don’t leave without asking for their current favorites—Uriel always has something seasonal and spectacular up her sleeve!

What a great new restaurant in petaluma! My mom and I decided to try this place out on a Tuesday mid morning, everything was amazing from the service to the food, everything was great! If you can visit this place when its during the week, theres usually no wait times and everything is smooth!

The floors were beautiful and all the decor was top notch instagram worthy!

The prices are very reasonable! The service was perfect, the young lady who helpped us and the entire restaurant was so kind. She told us about all the dishes they offered and took time to chat with us even though she was taking care of alot of tables. She did a great job of keeping everyone happy while keeping a smile! I loved that! She made us feel so welcomed!

The food was delicious, we were immediately given a warm complimentary concha pastry! It was a great start to a wonderful meal! I had the red sauce chipaquiles with chorizo added, omg what a flavor bomb! The chips were crispy and fresh, the red sauce was really tasty & plentiful! The super nice server brought me their really spicy hot sauce and I couldn’t get enough! My mom had their Good Morning, Atlantis – Huevos Matulenos which is a Caribbean classic of theirs with sunny side eggs, crispy chips, a black bean puree & lots of goodies on top like pickled onions, creama, queso fresco & their delicious fried plantains on the side! Everything was so good and I highly recommend trying one of their specials! They have a large menu to choose from, definitely something for every kind of eater!

The seating is super accommodating for all sizes, they have booths & tables available. They are child friendly and I saw lots of high chairs available & booster seats! The ambiance is very laid back and meant for all types, casual and you can dress up too since theres lots of photos opts.

Theres lots of cute spots for photo opportunities too so be sure to take a couple before you go!

Definitely give this place a try!! 5 stars all around, I will be back!

A true hidden gem. The owner is genuinely committed to ensuring every guest leaves satisfied, often sharing the story behind each dish in a way that makes the experience feel personal and memorable. Every Friday they offer 2-for-1 chilaquiles, and the best part is you can choose between the classic green or red sauce—both equally delicious. Pair them with a warm café de olla or a refreshing mimosa for the perfect start to your day.

The menu also includes an impressive selection of omelet variations, each one thoughtfully prepared. And if you visit, don’t skip the pan dulce; it’s perfect for the whole table to enjoy and adds a delightful finishing touch to the meal.

Way too loud to have any conversation. I ordered a Paris omelet with has browns – I was specific no onions due to allergy. I got the Italian omelet with a salad covered in onions. When I mentioned it to the server she took it back and just removed the onions. Not impressed. There are too many nice restaurants in Petaluma for brunch/lunch to give this place a second chance.
