The customer service is incredible. My daughter always has a question and they always take their time to explain and make sure she understands. We’ve been to the new location twice now, three times if you count going back the same day to pick up an order for family that wasn’t with us. If you don’t like boba you can order drinks without them. There’s a whole menu for lattes and coffees that are delicious. So far the Vietnamese iced coffee and the espresso milk tea are my favorites

Absolutely love this place. We came in today and wasn’t paying attention to the time. We came in an hour before they opened up and they were so kind and so helpful. The tea is so delicious and are the cakes. We had a strawberry and mango cake. Thank you for being so sweet and having the best boba around.

The atmosphere here is just amazing. As soon as you enter the space you get the feeling you’re welcome and the fun and aesthetically pleasing surroundings make it so easy to want to just sit and take it all in. There are so many cute little details. Not only does the place look beautiful, but the tea is DELICIOUS. A million times better than tea tyme. I got a peach milk tea with brown sugar bubbles and a cheese cap and it was easily some of the tastiest milk tea I have ever had. This place is such a nice tucked away little gem downtown and I would recommend it to everyone and their dog. Very very worth the try!

Not the same type of service when they were downtown. Order the avocado lover and paid $1.10 extra for red beans. Got it and there were 10 pieces of red beans on top. Yes I count it. The whole drink came out to $12 and was not worth it. Go to Tealux down the street, same shopping center where Gabe’s is or ku tea coffee and tea in southpoint. Better service, better price.

Quaint upstairs boba milk tea place that offers fast service for a variety of delicious teas. The flavor is good, and I recommend the 20% or 50% sugar as it can be very sweet. The pearls are soft and soaked in honey, and are also quite sweet.
It is pricier than a lot of other bubble tea places, but they do have good quality teas offering non-dairy creamer (except for the brown sugar milk tea which uses whole milk) or a substitution of oat milk for $1 more.
One can order a drink at the kiosk, selecting between a few milk tea options, slushies, or snows. I also liked that one can choose a sweetness option for their slushes which come with a salty cheese foam cap.
They make the drink within 3 minutes and bring it out to you with a plastic straw. But they have the nice hard plastic cups that one can insert their straws into.
They have a spacious seating area with lots of nice tables and floors with cushioned chairs reminiscent of a TV show interview. There’s Guest WiFi, but one should ask for the password and it could be a great place to do work.
There is also a cotton candy booth one can use to make their own cotton candy

My favorite place ever. They have the best boba I have tried (and I have tried a lot of places). My favorites are the Strawberry Matcha Crush, Orange Milk Tea, and Jasmine Milk Tea. I highly recommend their cheese caps as well. I have tried probably half of all their drinks now, and the two categories I’m not a fan of are the sparkling teas and their coffee, but that just might be my taste. While their deserts are overpriced they are also very delicious, so it’s hard to be mad about it.
All the employees have been very nice. The atmosphere is top notch, the only thing is I wish it was less humid up there, but if you sit under their AC it’s fine. The cotton candy machine is a fun addition, even though it breaks every now and then. They also have bathrooms which is always a plus.

if you’re a bubble tea fan this place is for you (as I’ve been told by friends who would know). As for me, I’m not a bubble tea fan, but man do they make a lot of other great drinks! The customer service is exceptional, the decor of the shop is very modern and trendy. The prices are great and the drink options are unique. This would be a great place to grab a matcha cheesecake (yes, it’s a thing and it’s delicious) and then chill for a bit to work the final touches on that creative project you’ve been working on.
