I would love to give 5 starts to the two employees in the front. They were quick and friendly!!! Thank you!!
However the younger woman cooking needs to be retrained! No one had ordered food ahead of me. It was kinda slower than usual. The lady In the back took longer than expected cooking my chicken. 10-12 minutes because she was too busy conversating. Then I get my chicken finally and it’s wayyyy too coated with seasoning! I Can’t even eat them! Very disappointed with that!! Normally I get them and they are lightly seasoned. This is horrible!!

Lady at the counter was rude and when they gave us a small instead of the large we ordered, she wasn’t happy to exchange the correct size. Even after seeing we paid for large. This was around 430pm on Sunday Jan 23. My son who loves this place says other times he has come he had Great Service. He was the one recommending us to all go. I also edited rating based on owner response and will re visit an update rating after.

I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews but everytime I go it’s been awesome and the teas and smoothies tasted good. I did give it 4 stars because sometimes they don’t put enough boba or they run out.

Best bubble tea in Fayetteville. Can’t go wrong with the bubble milk tea but if you’re feeling fun get the mango tea with pomegranate popping boba (pictured). They also have punch card for all the tea enthusiasts

I love this place but when I came in at 6:45 I was told they weren’t taking anymore orders and that they were closed. The website says 7 and the sign on the door says 7 so I’m a little disappointed. I’ll still come back but it is very disappointing when you leave your home and get there 15 mins before closing just to be told no, but the open sign is still on.
Edit: Thank you for responding. I was going to purchase 2 galaxy lemonades. As soon as I opened the door a girl said I’m sorry we aren’t taking anymore orders because we were suppose to close at 6:30. I never even made it to the counter.

Absolutely love this shop. Service is quite quick and they even have a kiosk for you to order from if you dont want to order from the front desk. There are so many flavors to choose from that you can get something different almost every time you go. The food is good and made fresh to order

I would honestly give a 0 if it was an option. I just spend almost $16 on a large popcorn chicken with half the amount I normally get in a large and a boba vanilla slushy that had absolutely no flavor and was extremely watered down. When I asked if they could remake it, with actually flavor, they said they’re not allowed. There are other boba places in town that have nice employees that actually make drinks the right way so I will not be coming back to this one ever again. Waste of money.

Popping boba is neat. They are little squishy beads with a yummy juice inside. Its a little odd at first but now I get craving for these teas. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is homely.

I’ve been a customer faithfully for at least 5 years now. I’ve tried other places, but I still prefer this spot. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. My go-to drink is the honey dew milk tea with lychee bobba or strawberry jelly. They also offer a point system to get a free drink, which is great for people like me who LOVE boba! I recommend this place to everyone
