No, I didnt buy the bubble tea here, but I did get a craving for Gyuudon (Shaved Beef Bowl). It tasted like the Yoshinoya brand in Japan, because I know they just open a package and reheated the meat. I expected as much. The beef was more on the fatty side, so I had to trash a lot of it. The sauce was on point thought for what it is thought, I don’t recommended it but it is something to try one time if you want to try Gyuudon.

Don’t come here ordering boba tea. 7 dollars for a tea it’s not even filled all the way. They explained that’s the room for toppings( I asked for no boba).

Someone doesn’t understand Archimedes’ principle. Should probably take this down. Not the nicest customer service. Funny this sign is now up as I complained about the amount of drink I received with no ice. Seems I wasn’t the only one. It’s pretty sad what you get for what you pay. Never again.

so Basically when the store first opned it was amazing service and the boba was super good. BUT it gradually gave poorer And poorer quality throughout my visits there. And today when i went to get some boba they did it surprisingly quick and then when i went to retrieve my boba the cup wasnt even filled all the way, like i was super disappointed of the ammount i got and it didnt even taste good. I probably wont be coming here anymore

If I could give a zero star review, I would. The lady that works the front is the rudest person i’ve ever met. Drink was only half filled. Asked for a refund and I wouldn’t drink it and she walked away and then instead of communicating she shoved her phone at me to read that her manager will text me and give me my money back. Super unprofessional and don’t order the match for sure. It’s watered down so bad.

Located within Lotte Market, they have several little restaurants and a food court-style seating. Kiosk ordering only when I was there, food prices, and ability to adjust ice levels and add-ons (tapioca pearls, lychee jelly, ect). Drinks came quick in standard bubble tea cups. I thought the flavor was great and the tapioca pearls and lychee were fresh. Seems like they make the tapioca pearls. Did not taste like some shops that get theirs premade. I will definitely return as a customer, no complaints!

The 1st two we got milk tea was good. Tried for the 3rd it was bad; no flavor we were drinking iced milk. Gave them a another chance still no flavor tasted like cold milk. My daughters and I got this tea and brown sugar latte. How I’m the world it’s not sweet and no flavor. When we made sure it sugar this time.
